Great experience at Discount Furniture. They didnt have what we wanted in atoxk, but had a crazy amount of catalogs to order from. Even with ordering, the delivery time was only a week, and they even worked with us on price to make it even more affordable. Cant say enough good things about them.

The most disrespecting rude services Ive ever delt with. On 11/21/20, two employees were delivering items to 200 N. Yucca Avenue G Building and left broken glass EVERYWHERE for people to drive through. Now its 6:25PM on 11/23/20 and those same rude employees delivered furniture loud as can be at night and had the audacity to tell my wife to move out of thier way as we were walking our dog. Unacceptable and unprofessional as can be.

The owner was very friendly. He was very helpful and not pushy about making a sale. He helped identify different parts of other furniture settings that would go together and what colors would accent well. He was very knowledgeable and willing to stay open past closing time to help.

REFURBISHED MATRESSES !!!I went in looking a bedroom set, I got a king size mattress, they said they dont carry king so they had to special order it and make it. I waited 1 week, they brought me a cali king not a king /eastern king and didnt fit my frame I also ordered from them, they took it back.. oh and big pink tag that says second hand used sanitized on the mattress.. they said its refurbished. I said mimi didnt tell me this.. they said everything is new just the coils sanitized which is why refurbished.. whatever. I waited 1 more week for the right king.. I got it today and it fits.. but ITS STILL REFURBISHED. they dont tell you its used and sanitized because if not they wouldnt sell! I came here bc my friend said they are good but they need to be honest about their matress. Now Im going to go buy a NEW matress and sell this and lose money on it. And matress makes a lot of noise. Sounds like there a water bed and plastic.

My husband and I went here today to find a couch. We ended up finding such a nice couch and such a good deal that we ended up paying for the couch, a fridge, table and chairs, mattress, new picture in nice frame, a fountain AND we definitely plan on going back plenty in the next few weeks.

My boyfriend and I went in to look for some new couches in February. We ended up finding some that we loved and spent $800. This is a large amount of money to us, since we do have 6 children. Sam, the owner promised he would make us happy. Now 3 months after having the couches, they are literally falling apart, threading is coming out, cushions are flat, its a big mess. We have contacte the store numerous times, yet no resolution, just the run around. This store has lost my business and any referrals as well. Some people are all about the money, instead of doing the right thing. We told them we would even settle for something valued at less.
