The Cost Estimator, Trevor, came out to provide us with an estimate to replace our Evaporative Cooler. Trever was very professional and knowledgeable. He assisted us by providing the pros and cons of various equipment available and made our decision a lot easier when we made our selection. We had checked out other Contractors regarding this job but our discussion with Trevor helped make up our minds to utilize Clemmer to complete this project for us. I found this company through the Trane website, as I searched for a local distributer. I went with Clemmers Services HVAC to install/replace my entire HVAC system. While I was surprised that they were able to beat the quote(s) from our familys long-time HVAC servicers, they had better financing options, and the equipment offerings were equally top-of-the-line. Trevor and the installers are still doing a great job of following up with the walk-through, to include the initial quarterly maintenance. Ive very happy with their process, and outcome.

We switched from a dual pack ac/heater to mini splits due to our flat roof and issues with the ducts. Anyway, we were given a few options and once we decided our install date was set! The price was what we expected for four room packs.Our installers were prompt and careful as they worked. There needed to be a small change from our initial quote but everything worked out. They even sealed up part of our roof that had been leaking.Very grateful for their work!

We have used Clemmers in the past and have always been happy with their service. Their technicians are always very nice and respectful. We have found them to be more honest then other companies that we have called out in the past which is a big plus. When our heater quit blowing hot air we did not hesitate to call out Clemmers for the job. Turned out we needed a new motherboard which tech Andrew had on his truck and he installed it and we are back to having hot air. I also like they send text messages to update you as to the technicians arrival time!

This was a swamp cooler repair that my mother in law to be has needed for years. Its a down-draft so the unit is on the roof. Now I can get on the roof, but getting back down didnt have me so confident. Our guy was up there, had an exact list of what needed to be repaired and within another hour he had it up and running in a way that she described as never having worked that way before. When you are introduced into a family that treats you like you matter unconditionally, you do what you can to make their life easier. Clemmer has had a great customer service rating and I have never heard of a bad experience from anyone who has used them prior. I am happy to add to their list of happy customers. Thank you guys.

The technician was very knowledgeable about the system I have and was able to correct the issue. The blower fan was rubbing on the housing and he was able to adjust it so it stopped rubbing.

Brandon was our tech. He was down to earth. I explained that another company, All Pro, sent someone. He told me that the capacitor needed a booster that costed $450. He did nothing to get the A/C going and left. We were without A/C.Another company came out said the compressor was shot, didnt check it, and told my wife we needed to replace the whole unit. They said it would cost $6000 and they can install immediately.In the meantime I made a appointment with Clemmer.Brandon checked the unit and found the capacitor was bad. He replaced it, and guest what we have A/C...cool air.Brandon told us the unit will need to be replaced and that he bought us some time.So my confidence is pretty high with Clemmer because Brandon was straightforward about the unit and gave some advice on how to keep it going by using the unit at a minimum cooling.Thanks Brandon for helping us. Salesman Trever is scheduled to come out this Friday to give us a quote.

Clemmer Services sent Christian out to our home to diagnose an air conditioning problem we were having with our (older) unit. Christian came up to the house in a clean and neat utilitarian uniform and displayed a friendly but professional demeanor. Christian was about an hour and a half early - but we werent going to complain as it was going to be one hundred a six degrees later the same day. Christian went right to work in a systematic manner and kept me informed as to what he was seeing. Christian made several recommendations as to what we might do to improve (and prolong) the service of our older unit and never made me feel as though he was trying to sell me a product or service I didnt need. The parts Christian needed were on his service truck and he gave us the same price for two replacement condensers as a less expensive part he did not have in stock on his truck which I thought was fair and honest. Ultimately, Christian got us back up and running within what I thought was amazingly short period of time and at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Clemmer Services to my friends and family.

Great local company. We live in the Silver Lakes community and wont even consider calling anyone else to take care of our heating and air condition needs. We signed up for the maintenance plan so the technician comes out in the spring and fall. Prevents breakdowns when we need the heat or AC the most. When our current system dies, well do what our neighbors have done and go through Clemmer for new systems. If only all High Desert companies were so professional!

I feel they tried to steam roll me into paying a certain rate that’s higher than anyone else, this is without letting me speak to the technician Jake I was told he can’t call me and the owner called me arguing the fact! I’ve used them for a while and after this experience I’d never use them again or recommend them to anyone.This is all after jake told me to look for a cheaper part and contact him!

Will went above and beyond to ensure my airflow concerns were taken care of after the install. Communication was open throughout the process. The install team was neat and professional. They are worth every penny!!! Their services can at times seem a little pricey but you get what you pay for!! We had them install our swamp cooler and do the services on it twice year. It runs so well that in the middle of July I sometimes need a throw blanket because it’s too cold in my house!!!! I’ve never had a swamp cooler preform like ours does!!
