BEWARE. If you receive a call from this company... hang up and block their number. If they already con you into accepting an order of lighting, refuse the order as soon as it arrives, as in, when you see that box come off that UPS truck and before it could be place on your property- refuse the heck out of it or you will have a hell of a hard time returning the unwanted package. But, if you are reading this because you have a lovely package just sitting there and invoice for a ridiculous amount, know that you are not alone, we both been scammed.This company has a long, long, loooonnngg history of scamming people. With all the reviews and complaint you would think something would had happened to stop this practice, but nope, its 2018 and they continue to scam people, and yes, I was recently scammed by this business. I did not find out until I received the box of light bulbs, followed by an invoice for something that was told would be free of charge for our continuous business. Somehow they found out I was new to the company and claimed that the previous manager had ordered from them in the past. Since, they wanted to continue doing business with the company, they wanted to send some lighting and a catalog. I refused and told them we buy locally and have no long term need for what they offered, and after going back and forth for a bit, she asked me to confirm my name and call ended. Couple days later, another person called, same speech and after I refused, stating it was against company policy to accepts gift, she asked to confirm name, quickly says thank you and item will be shipped out, and hanged up before I could say anything. Several weeks later, box arrived and I was not in office to refuse the package. There was no packaging slip or return information, so I googled to find their information, only to find out that this company is a scam. I tried calling the company and left messages, but no one returned my call. Today, after a month of no returned calls, I received an invoice. Again, called the company and it went to voicemail. I guess, I will start calling them daily until someone pick up and definitely will refuse to the invoice.

Scam artists. Morally bankrupt. Dont understand how these people legally operate.

SCAM***SCAM***SCAM***Do not let them convince you that you they are going to give you ANYTHING for free. They took our company for over $300 and then were trying to get us to pay even MORE money!DONT DO IT!!

I wont give this a star they are definitely a scam my next step is to report them to the BBB.

BEWARE!!! Yeap they got our dispatcher to agree to a survey and they will send the 100.00 gift card. Needless to say she did not get the gift card and we did get lights that we did not order. Sent the box back and still got an invoice. Why is this company still around. Come on people, social media lets spread the word on all the apps we have!!!

I just recently got a call needing a confirmation for a shipping address for a walmart gift card, and the phone number given to me was for our Ridgecrest office so I assumed they placed an order and this was a promotion. I now learned that we did not place this order and wanted to get a shipping label to send back. The woman I spoke to was very rude and stated she was the supervisor and also stated we had placed previous orders but didnt have that information. Unfortunately I fell for this scam.

TOTAL SCAM! EXACTLY WHAT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS SAID. ABSOLUTELY NOT PAYING THE INVOICE THEY SENT. PLEASE BEWARE!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Company shipped me lights I didnt even order and are trying to charge me for this material. No one will call me back to return the shipment. DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS COMPANY.

Scam!!! Tried to charge me $657 for 25 T8 bulbs I can by for about $50.
