The shopping experience at Ivan Smith in Bastrop Louisiana was very good from start to finishing up with delivery Mike, the salesman was exceptional, he was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. The ladies finishing up the paperwork was pleasant and very professional. We were not able to be at the house for delivery, but the friends that were there said that it was unreal how careful they were at unloading the appliances we bought. We had a terrific experience with Ivan Smith in Bastrop, LA. We had previously gone to the Monroe store at Pecanland Mall and we could not find anyone to help us. We found someone to give us a price, and he left and never asked us if we needed help. So we went to Bastrop the next day. I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful they were. I give them 5+ stars!!!

They were very helpful in getting me the range I wanted at the same price as the stores in Monroe. The delivery crew did a great job of installing it and making sure it worked. They wore masks and did not scratch my floor. I could not be more pleased.

Thank God for Ivan Smith furniture. My dryer went out on Christmas Eve. I didnt know what to do so I got online and a nice salesperson answered all my questions. We went the day after Christmas to Ivans and got a dryer.
