Incredible customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff and very reasonable pricing. The engine light came on in my RZR Turbo S just two days before an out of town trip to Hatfield McCoy. Arny went out of his way to squeeze me in to their busy service schedule and they had it diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. This team is awesome and they just earned a lifetime client! I purchased an ATV years ago here, and Im in the market for another one. I called a few days ago and was promised a call back for pricing. No one called me back. I called again the next day and today, only to not be able to get through to anyone unless I know their extension. Absolutely terrible service, but I doubt they care because units are flying out the door and no one can keep them in stock right now. Ill never buy another ATV here. Not a chance. Go to Big Blue Outdoors in Flemingsburg - Ive called a lot of places and they have the best prices by far, and are super attentive.

What a joke. The lady (owner?) my parents have been dealing with is almost comical. They’ve been going to circles trying to purchase a Polaris from them. She can’t remember a single conversation they’ve had (they’ve called and asked what the deal is several times) and has been beating around the bush. They said they’d put 5k down but she keeps making comments that “many other people want to but it” and keeps acting shady like she’s going to go ahead and sell it to someone else. My parents wanted to buy a windshield and roof as well from them and she can’t even get it right on which one to order or that they “actually want it”. They’ve told her several times now exactly what they want and she can’t get it right. They were supposed to get it today, but now saying it won’t be until next week. This is beyond aggravating and a waste of time. Save your time and go buy somewhere else, this whole situation is a joke and almost comical it’s been such a hassle. Best of luck to any one else that decides to try and deal with this dealership. All future business will be going to anywhere but here.
If I could rate you guys lower I would. Turned in a quad to be worked on May 16th. I recvd no call with updates in first 3 weeks. Called them and was told I was next to be worked on. Called week later and was told I was slotted for following week. They finally started on it 5 weeks after dropping off. Got a couple calls with questions regarding my issue. After that was left to calling for updates only to be told that they no longer make the part they believe to be the issue and could not fix, but have brand new ones on the floor if I was interested. Finally picked it up today only to find that the drive belt was removed so I had to push it on trailer (with my 71 year old father in laws help). The quad did run when I gave it to them, just wouldnt stay running after revving up. After looking it over, doesnt appear they did much of anything after having it for over 8 weeks. I believe their game plan from the get go was to retire it with the other 20 or so vehicles they have in back and sell me a new one. Oh, the quad is a 2000 model 500 sportsman..20 years old. I get it. However you people should not advertise that you work on all makes and models of ATVs and Motorcycles when you cant even fix your own. Would not recommended doing business with this dealership. Very bad experience to say the least.

Highly recommend Midwest Polaris! I called over eight Polaris dealers from north of Dayton to Kentucky and Midwest crushed all their prices. They were very friendly and caring. I bought a Sportsman 850SP and I am heading down today to pick up a 570 for my wife.
So they charged me about 40 buck more than any other Polaris dealer for common brakes idk y.. never will I go there again there is a reason the parking lot is empty and I just figured out y

Absolutely the worst customer service. I dropped off my quad on June 2, they told me a couple weeks. Sounded great...2 months later, no phone call, no return calls after leaving messages, no nothing. Finally I went to pick it up to take it somewhere else, they never gave any apologies, reasoning why it took so long...nothing! Terrible place to shop, terrible place for a service department. Buyer beware!!!
I purchased my 2018 Polaris RZR XP 1000 from Midwest Polaris. I did a lot of price comparisons, and Midwest Polaris had the best prices. My sales person Vickie was very helpful and not pushy. I will definitely purchase here again!

They close at 5 pm, called at 4:37 they shut their phones down recorder saying call back during regular hours, poor business practices.
Walked in to store, I felt like I was inconvenienting the sals woman, I clearly stated I was interested in buying a side by side. I told her the model,she just said to me that one was on order. She walked over to her desk and sat down. I WILL NOT be going to this particular store to make my purchase.
I got a great deal on my polaris rzr 900 eps! Taken it on many trips with no problems. Only issue I had was they said it has been fully serviced (was a trade in) but I checked the air filter and it was caked with mud. Other than that got free helmets with my rzr and the sales lady was very nice and helpful!
Paid $360 for a full service of fluids and it took nearly two weeks, I had to keep calling to find out status. When I picked it up, oil was spilled all over the motor and not cleaned up. Never greased anything and I question if they even changed the front diff. The rear diff also had some fluid spilled on the frame as well. My mistake for thinking a dealer could do a good service job.
I am not happy with the service I got. They had my 550 xp for 3 weeks and no word on what was wrong with it. They told me it would be about 10 more days before they would look at again. They are waiting for Polaris to get back to them. I had to pay $110 to get it off the lot. I was good customer for 7 years now I will be bad customer. There is no customer appreciation at this company

Its always about how they can get more money from there so called customers. Never try and help you out or anything. Rude service. Will never go to them. I live in Batavia and I will drive the two hours to Lexington where the service is great, the employees are great, and the prices are even greater. They actually try and help you unlike Batavia.
