I paid for a weeks rental, truck was new however the unit was not inspected before I picked it up. Windshield washer fluid was frozen solid, which rendered the windshield washer inoperable. I paid for 2 dozen moving pads and received none. I paid for a hand cart and got an appliance cart and I had no appliances to move. There is a big difference between the two carts. The truck broke down, turned off at 65 mph on the NY State Thruway, just shut off, leaving us stranded. Penske did send a tow truck after a couple of hours but my movers were waiting for a truck that didnt show because we were broken down. The problem was all the battery terminals were loose on the batteries. If that truck had been inspected prior to me picking it up the issue would have been found and fixed. Will not rent from Penske again!
