Stopped in to get a headlight bulb for my E Z Go cart. They deal in club car but had my bulb in stock. Very good people to work with. I bought new seats from them in the past. I will go to them for more golf cart needs if my cart needs it.

Recently bought a used golf cart and it was my first one. Dude saw me coming for sure. I needed parts for this and although he said they were readily available....they were not. I could have bought new parts and cost a fortune, but last minute, I called Mark at Quality Carts. He did all the homework for me after sending him a couple of pictures. He got everything I needed and the cost was fair. I was fortunate enough that I didnt have to make the 3 hour drive just for those parts, because my daughter was playing in a softball tournament just 20 minutes from there. My husband and I recently moved to Lake Santee in Greensburg, IN and wanted a golf cart to drive around day and night. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted when we arrived at Quality Carts. We were introduced to Mark who provided us phenomenal customer service! He provided us with a large book of options and we were able to select exactly what we wanted and needed. They even had a “Lake Santee Package” that had everything the Lake HOA required for night driving. Mark explained the difference in the carts, their operation and gave us some points and tips on how to get the best life out of our cart. They even service these carts on a yearly basis so you know they’ll run for years to come. We financed our cart and in a matter of minutes, we were approved and out the door. We bought our cart on a Tuesday and it was delivered that Friday. We couldn’t believe that they were able to customize our cart and deliver it in such a short period of time. We even got a tour of the “Boneyard”. So cool! Quality Carts completely exceeded our expectations! Thank you, Mark, for being such a great salesman. We WILL be back for future upgrades and service.

I brought in a cart that was old...1988 and hobbled together. Roof did not match, windshield did not go on that cart. Anyways, I had purchased it in Michigan and brought it down for my disabled sister. I brought it to Quality Carts (recommended by a friend) to check out the brakes and figure out why it wasnt getting fuel....starting slow.Though they trick out carts....they did not hesitate to take me in as a customer.These dudes were GREAT! And funny too! Fun people to work with...normal people. Told me that Id get a free estimate and believe it or not, the estimate was what I paid! Fixed the problem quickly and painlessly. I will use these dudes and dudettes again.Being an ex-owner of a golf course, I appreciate their honesty and straight forwardness.This is a 5 star operation!

Mark was such a big help for me. He went way out of his way for me. He loaded my truck and made sure everything would make it back home which is over 100 miles. He also told me exactly what I needed to complete my golf cart. Then he loaded up my truck and made sure things hanging out of my small truck would make it home for the over 100 mile journey. The staff there was very friendly. Also I had GREAT telephone communication with Mark before I went to pick my things up. Now he said if there was any problem putting the things on to call him and he could talk us thru it. Wow, now that is what I call a GREAT business transaction! I will definitely tell everyone about this place. It is the only place to do business and be treated with respect when it comes to golf carts. Others just kinda blow you off. Wow this place is A1.

I have visited these guys a few times. Fred is very knowledgeable. He and Mark the owner can work with you to find exactly what you are looking for. I have an older golf cart and they pulled out some old stock to get me fixed up.

Contacted them on a Monday, they picked up the cart same day and performed an initial inspection same day. Notified me of cost before doing any of the work and after we agreed on repair they had the cart fixed by Wednesday and returned to me by Thursday Morning. Cart appears to run great. Both the speed of service and quality of repair exceeded my expectations.. All future service on my cart a (2007 Yamaha 48 volt Electric) will be handled by Quality Carts.

We came out to Quality Carts to look for parts in their boneyard. We found a rear seat assembly and 2 tires to replace ours that were losing air and the prices were great. Mark was very friendly and helpful. He even took time out of his day on Black Friday when they were technically closed to let us look around. I highly recommend checking them out if you need parts for your cart or if you want a brand new cart!

I have a Cricket (a miniature golf cart that can be broken down and carried in our Chevy HHR) while traveling. I talked to Mark about getting a piece of angle iron to bolt a mirror on while using the Bimini top. He was very helpful to me selecting a piece of angle iron (from the graveyard in back) and even cut the piece so it would be the right height to use for attaching our mirror. Thank you, Mark.

I purchased a complete rebuilt transaxle out of a 2000 club car. I was helped by Mark, I had one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Not only did he go out of his way to send me the parts but also gave me a lot of information about different carts and about what components they use. I am working on a special project for a micro car, thanks to mark I have a nice unit with forward and reverse for my Isetta.
