Tom the manager called me about previous issue, he graciously agreed to refund my money. Ironically on the way to the store hubby broke the glass on his phone. Tom and Jonathan agreed to repair his phone instead of doing refund. Great way to turn previous issue around. Happy cusomer

Staff was friendly and understanding that I needed my phone glass repaired. Phone was ready at promised time, however since my phone was repaired I know longer have the ability to call anyone. When I try to place a call the call fails and I get a failed network message. The cost was approximately $300. Which is pricey, but I thought it was worth it to not have to replace my phone. But without being able to connect to my network now, I feel like I was duped.

I had no previous experiences with this business before today I called this afternoon to ask about having a battery fix I explained the situation and was promptly told that he was dealing with a customer they dont work on what I was inquiring about and was hung up from the moment he answered the phone he was condescending and disrespectful based on a short phone conversation I can whole heartily not recommend this small business the incredible lack of customer service is pretty shocking.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience in trying to support a local business. My son cracked my iPad screen and instead of taking it to some where like Best Buy to get it fixed, I wanted to find some place local to fix this problem. The iPad was working just fine when it had a shattered screen and when I was told it would be ready to pick up and brought it home, it would only stay on for 3 minutes before going to the apple logo screen. I contacted Batteries Plus to let them know that it was not working properly, they suggested I bring it back to them, so I did. 3 days later I had to call to see if they fixed the problem that they caused and they couldnt fix it. I picked it up, took it to Best Buy and was told that the screen was not compatible with the iPad and because a non apple certified technician worked on it, there was nothing that Best Buy or Apple could do to help me. I explained that to Batteries Plus. I asked if they could try a different screen since these were now the only people that would work on it. Same problem, and no solution... So now I was refunded the money I paid for the screen and given my iPad back without a screen...that now no one else would touch.Long story short, I am not only out a screen, I am out of an iPad because of a problem Batteries Plus Bulbs created and couldnt fix. Lesson learned, making the decision to support a local business to get your apple device fixed is the wrong one. Dont let this happen to you.

Bay City Mi. store had what I needed sli26 battery were the midland store didnt said it would take a week to get and they were to busy to talk wanted me to call back. And Midland store was 32 dollars more than the BayCity Mi.store.And the Bay City store was a lot more helpfull.

Went to the store with 2 watches I thought needed batteries. Both had other issues and only one ended up needing a new battery, but Dale spent extra time trying to solve both of the issues! After almost 30 minutes and only purchasing one battery I left with both watches working. Plus only the charge for the battery!! Always has provided helpful and friendly service!

The web site stated what battery we needed for our car. We ordered said battery. When husband went to pick it up it looked more like a lawnmower battery. Diff. Was not the right battery and they had it on a charger. Im not even sure it was a new battery!

You need any kind of battery, this is the place. And I mean ANY KIND. I got a Milwaukee battery pack redone here and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

Had dealings with many branches over the last 20 years of so and thought Id call them about my wifes cell phone battery. The employee at the Bay City, MI was quite patronizing in his response about the replacement of the battery. He told me good luck and that he had a customer then hung up on me as I was asking a followup question. Call was 51 seconds and I still had other questions about battery replacements for other items in my home. Ive always felt that Batteries Plus overcharges for everything (for - lets be real - no actual logical reason besides greed) and have avoided them for about 5 years. This encounter will ensure I wont be going to them again in the future and Ill advise all others to do so as well. I handle maintenance for several businesses and have wanted to try their services again after years of not doing so and this is the service I receive? No thanks. You may be the self-proclaimed battery experts but Google searches still exist, are free and dont treat potential customers like their wasting their time. I hope you made you $13 up charge on that AA battery you sold.

They actually installed the batteries in my electric wheelchair, no additional charge! Very pleasant young fellow, and very knowledgeable. The pricing on the batteries (DelCo) was only $5 more than my best online price, and no shipping charges! The online batteries previously purchased, performed poorly, lasting only 9 weeks of chair use.

Made an appointment on their website to get my iPhone 7 Plus battery replaced. Not sure I needed to make the appointment, but it did save me $10 off the charge to replace it. So far, at one week of running, happy with the new battery life and all seems to be great! Would go back again!

If there was an option to choose zero stars that’s where I would stand. As soon as I entered the store the staff already appeared annoyed with the fact that I was even there. I have NEVER been treated so poorly before. The minimal amount of questions I had about a battery and a charger for a specific reason I have for using this type was mocked and degraded. They treated me like an uneducated person and I had no reason to be doing what I wanted to with this battery. I will never recommend this place nor will I be returning.

Literally the worst business experience of my life. Took a watch there to have a battery replaced, the girl behind the counter tried and after parts were all over the counter, I told her not to worry about it. She couldnt get anything back together and I ended up leaving with my watch in a bag of parts. I went back and talked to a manager and he said he would send it somewhere to get repaired. 4+ months later I stopped in to check on the status since I had gotten no calls. The watch was in the same big with a vital exterior button missing, other missing parts, the watch face is DESTROYED, the second hand is broken right off. Not even an apology or a valid explenation. Dont go here! They deserve 0 stars!

They ruined my phone! I went in for a simple glass fix, next thing I know it started flickering and going black. They put a new one on and that night it went black and never came back on! I got a second opinion from apple and they said the backlight shorted out, this is caused by the phone being open! Since they are the only ones to work on it, they shorted it out and destroyed my phone. It would take 399 to fix it! Now Im without my phone after paying 120 dollars for poor service. I wish they had certified techs that knew how to work on these fragile items! So my 650 dollar phone is a paper weight now! I am so pissed I didnt even want to go back into that store! DO NOT GO HERE TO GET THINGS REPAIRED! If I need my phone cause something happens to my newborn and dont have it because this place ruined it, it will not be pleasant. I dont want to hear any bullcrap of calling the store manager, I dont want to see or speak to anyone there ever again!! DONT GO HERE! There are better shops to fix your phones. 1 up games on wilder is great go there or contact me!!!!!I wish I could give negative stars. I cant explain how upset I am!
