Went into here with my buddy. I know nothing about d&d so I asked a lot of questions and the gentleman working (I think his name was nick) was pretty knowledgeable however if he didn’t know about what I was asking he said he’d have an answer the next time was in the store. Great customer service and a lot of cool collectibles.

The store in Bay City is awesome, the two people that own it are very knowledgeable in Dungeons & Dragons stuff, they have awesome items for sake at a fair price, they recently hired a person if I recall her name is Alexandra she is very nice friendly and knows her stuff, I am so happy to have found this place

Worst customer service ever!!! The girl that was working was so rude and overcharged us and gave us no receipt (not even text or email) Also would not let me get a business card or the owners name. I will never spend my money there again (and unfortunately Ive spent a couple thousand there) beware

Ordered a replica Mjolnir for my father’s birthday on their website. I live in New York and obviously wanted to follow up to make sure it wasn’t a scam. My wife and I called for three days leaving multiple messages and finally, on the 4th day, got a text reply saying the item wasn’t even available. Still haven’t gotten our money back and will likely have to go through our credit card company to deal with this sillyness. Very cool looking store with a great concept, but clearly very poorly managed.

Store owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices and a great atmosphere.
