I would recommend 100% visiting this store. Oliver and Joanne were the most helpful people ever even though they didnt have what I needed they knew exactly where to recommend me to go. Ive never been so satisfied with an experience even though I didnt find exactly what I needed. Do yourself a favor and for this years Halloween costume visit Spirit Halloween in Bay City Michigan even if it is a little bit of a drive for you its worth the time and effort to go. Thank you so much for your help in building a wonderful Halloween experience for my family and I will certainly be returning.

I only gave 3 stars because it is a temporary store each year that is confusing to me. They have a large selection of halloween products with a with a good display of the products. Fair prices and large selection of choices. I bought costumes and more here. I will shop here again. The giant tombstone is a purchase from Spirit Halloween, everything else Im not sure because my wife purchased the other items.

The Bay City Store is awesome. Judy went above and beyond for me and my daughter. She deserves so e recognition!Store was clean, i was offered help often, and selection was good.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location this year is great and so much bigger than the old location. Very cool set up. The whole family loves to come check out the store.

Just do it. The one in Saginaw aint nearly as great! Lots of fun stuff not just costumes and makeup. I could have spent every penny I had. 😅

Store with all your Halloween favorites and things you didnt even know you needed for this festive holiday at a reasonable price.

Went early this year and glad we did!

Greeted instantly and gentleman took time to go above and beyond customer service to call another store to check the availability of a costume for me! He upsold two customers and both contributed to the fund raiser he was informing! 17 years customer service thank ya!!

The workers were amazing, nice and very helpful. I even made friends with most of the staff!!!! Def worth going in!

There was an older woman working here who was so kind and talkative. She gave me and my friend candy bars at the checkout. Overall a great experience :)

There was absolutely nothing there. It was closed down. No one answered their 1-800 number. I was on hold for at least 20 min before I finally hung up.
