Marc was excellent. Not only was he able to help us upgrade to new phones, transfer all of our contacts and apps, etc., but he was completely full service fitting our phones with protective cases, screen protectors and pop up accessory. A-Z customer service all the while he continued multi-tasking helping other customers who came in the store. We never felt slighted or ignored and he repeatedly made sure all of his customers were being paid attention. He is awesome!
Andrew is the most kind, generous person ever! He helped my Grandma with her phone and the transfer of all her information to her new device, after the fairview park store would not do it. He was incredibly patient and understanding of her needs and did everything necessary with a smile on his face. Cannot recommend this store enough!
I had a great experience with Andrew, he is knowledgeable, willing to help you out, and is super personable. Having a phone sales person of this caliber makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, almost makes you want to buy phones more often. Would visit again, recommend for sure.

Andy has very helpful and patient as my fiancée was added on to my plan and purchased a new iPhone. He also installed the Watch app and gave a brief lesson on its use. We could not have been more pleased with his service.

Ricky was absolutely amazing!! He helped me right away. I went to three stores this morning and everyone gave me the run around, but he really took his time helping me, and making sure my charger issue was resolved!!!!
I went in to purchase a charging cable and there was an issue with credit card reader and I ended up getting charged twice. Andrew was great at following up to make sure that I received a credit for the overcharge.
Pryce was AWESOME! I had a fantastic experience at this store yesterday. Pryce was a complete professional every step of the way. She made me feel welcome, comfortable and at ease through the whole process. I want to also commend the other young lady working - she was working with a couple that was very impatient and rude, and they were not very kind to her. None of what was happening was her fault. The couple was rude and short with the Verizon rep and she held her composure and was a true professional - I, on the other hand, was ready to go all Rocky Balboa on both of them. Both young ladies handled the situation in a professional way. Verizon, you are lucky to have both of these young ladies, hold onto them.
I really liked working with Russ but the new manager Ricky seems to have everything under control! Extremely professional and hooked me up with an amazing deal on my iPhone will continue coming to this store in the future.
Awesome customer service. Went to switch to verizon after a horrible experience with AT&T and was welcomed with great customer service, the employee even kept helping us even though it was closing time! This place is amazing and will definitely would recommend to anyone! Xavier works hard and he would be the best employee to talk to if help is needed.

Worst service ever from store manager, Luke M. Went in looking for assistance in resolving an account issue for equiment which was to have been returned to Verizon almost two weeks ago by the Bay store but had not yet been received by Verizon. Was told to talk to store personnel who had initially helped me when I went nto the store on Aug.30th. Insisted there was nothing he could to help and was totally unwilling to help resolve my concerns. Unable to provide proof of shipping to Verizon. Unwilling to call parent company to help with resolution. One of the worst store managers I have ever encountered. The previous manager, Rachel was outstanding. Customer satisfaction appears to no longer be a concern at this franchise store.
Will not use this location again if I need professional help. Left store and bought new phone with another carrier same day, after many years with Verizon.
