Love dairy queen ice cream!

Would not recommend. They took 20 minutes to fill my order of 2 milkshakes and a blizzard when we were the only ones there. And they still didnt get my order correct. This is unacceptable for a supposed fast food place. Again, would not recommend.

Always makes the blizzards runny, forgot my toppings in my blizzard and when they do put them in they are super stingy. I usually Just make the drive to the north Olmsted location because bay messes it up every time.

Terrible food service. I ordered 2 Chili dogs at the Rocky River location. They were excellent and fully loaded with all my requested toppings. Very filling and I couldnt finish both. Then I ordered the same loaded chili dog at the Bay location.. 1 dog this time.. that was the saddest chili dog ive ever had in my LIFE!! Lets put it like this, there was more mustard then actual chili.. very VERY disappointed. never again. Ill stick to the Rocky River location. Bay should be ashamed

Most everything was good. Had the cake I needed, would have been 5 stars if the guy working the counter seemed very inconvenienced to add the topping to the cake as seen online.

Ive been going to this DQ for over 45 years. They used to just have school desks to sit in then. I always get delicious soft serve treats.

The chicken sandwich was delicious and pretzel stick were killer.

Nice little place. Nice stop when you are out of town.

Pretty standard Dairy Queen with the typical assortment of options. There are cakes and other prepared frozen treats available in their walk-up freezers. Beware the post-school crowds if you head up there between 3-4. Otherwise, they are busier during the typical times and days (nice weather, weekends, warm evenings).Dont miss: a favorite spot for post-championship celebrations for the local youth sports teams.

While I love Dairy Queen, I have never been made to feel my business is appreciated there. Rocky River gives smiles, says thank you. Young gentleman tonite did not say 2 words. Slid my purchase across counter to me. Unacceptable. Will not go to that one again.
