I had a great experience with ray and was very happy with the quality of the work I had done. They beat the prices of their competitors by hundreds and that was just on one window installation. They are definitly a more laid back type of business and may not be in the “office” all the time but I always had my calls answered or was called back ASAP. The workers were the nicest guys I ever had work at my house and did excellent work. All around it was a great experience. Thanx Ray!

Horrible experience. Ray, the owner is arrogant, and the customer service is terrible. I can typically deal with a poor attitude if the quality of work is worth it, but this place fails horribly on both accounts. Had them replace all of my windows/sliders and the have had to come back 3 times to reseal them because of their poor workmanship. When they showed up to do the job, they realized they FORGOT TO ORDER ENOUGH WINDOWS!!!! Yes, you read that right. They left garbage (caulking tubes, screws, etc.) and even a crow bar scattered around the outside of my house. Please do not ever use this company and spread the word about how terrible they are.

Tried to call and stop by this establishment and they don’t pick up phone, not keep hours as posted. Went elsewhere...
