I was looking for three items: Tweezerman nail clippers (fingernail and toenail); Out The Door quick dry top coat; and hair elastics that dont pull the hair. I was only able to find the quick dry top coat, however, since there were so many bottles on the shelf I wont complain too much (usually I need three to five and theres only one).The associate explained that their store doesnt get too many Tweezerman products any longer and that they are out of hair elastics until their next shipment.

Tomorrow is a birthday luncheon of a former councilwoman in my area. My stylist curled my hair and suggested I use rollers to maintain the style. I asked the associate at sallys, which isle I could find the rollers and which she thought I should use. She replied I dont know since I havent used those in years. I then asked a question about my options. The Sallys associate and a customer discussed and laughed how neither one of them have used rollers and the conversation went on, I was so embarrassed. I decided to leave, the associate then tried to help me by suggesting pincurl clips. I didnt and will not buy anything from this location again. I found what I was looking for at another store where the associates were more than willing to help me. If I could score a zero, I would and advise all friends family and anyone else who will listen to boycott this location.

Will never spend my money at that store until the employees go through training to be friendly and professional. That older woman has a bad attitude as if she is doing me a favor. I dont see how she was hired unless it was a desperate situation.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Every time I come in this store everyone is just rude. Makes me not want to shop here. I hope upper management will see all these reviews with the same pattern, rudeness. Having customer service skills are key when working in any retail environment along with just flat out being a good person and treating other people the way you would like to be treated. End rant!

Not so professional if you don’t open until 10:00 am!

Very rude customer service on the phone and in person. The women there are very distasteful and when asking for help they act as if your bothering them and become disrespectful

If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited this location because my hair color was sold out at all of the locations near me. Yolanda, the store manager, was very condescending. She pointed at me and told me I was walking the wrong way and told me that I needed to follow the rules. She then couldnt use my coupon that was verified valid by corporate the next morning. She laughed at me when I asked her to stop talking down to me, her cashier, Destiny, wouldnt give me the managers name either because she didnt feel comfortable. I waited 5 minutes for the manager to come back out from the back for her to only write down corporates number and still wouldnt give us her name. We eventually got it when they realized we werent leaving without it. Very rude and unprofessional! Ive always had good experiences at other Sallys so this was a disappointment

Super sales associate! She helped me find the right brush for dealing with my difficult hair and was very knowledgeable about the different options available. Excellent and friendly customer service.

There was one sales associate and she was so nice and helpful to not just me but everyone! She was well educated on hair texture and products. Even gave me some great discounts.

They have a great assortment of hair, makeup and other beauty products! The ladies who work there are extremely helpful!

Horrible experience last weekend the lady who was at the counter was rude upon entering I spoke to her first. and she didnt ask me how could she help or what in particular was I looking for . Needed clippers for cutting hair a specific brand overall her customer service was horrible !

I found what I was looking for, and the young lady that worked there was very helpful!

The management is nothing but top notch. The customer service is Beyond reproach. Im amazed every time I walk in there that I get such great customer service and have such a huge selection of products.

The manger there is very unprofessional!
