Do not buy any car at this dealer if you are from out of state. I was very very unsatisfied with this dealer after purchasing a car. The problem I had was the paper processing and communication. They could sell cars less than an hour, but it takes extremely long time to process the paper work. I bought one of Porsche models on 6/15/2021 and have waited for a new registration sticker on the license plate ever since then. My current sticker was expired as of 7/31 and I still have not received it yet. I contacted the dealer so many times asking when I will receive the sticker. They keep saying that it will be delivered within10 days, which never happens. It has been more than 50 days. If it takes such a long time, they should explain the delay, not keep saying it will be processed within 10 days Covid-19 is NOT an excuse for my case! Although one customers dissatisfaction does not affect running this company, I would like to share my experience with others. There are many dealers available!

I’m very disappointed with Porsche of Beachwood. A local family friend, who is older with a wife with major health issues, had a 996 turbo he was wanting to sell to help with bills. The dealership first offered just under $40k but eventually settled on $46k or $47k. Next thing you know, the turbo is on their site for $78k?!?! I understand a dealer needs to make money but that markup is insane. You should at least have given him fair market value, where everyone is happy. Took advantage of a good man. I advised him that any future Porsche purchases should be made at another local Porsche franchise, in North Olmsted. When I told him how much the dealer put it up for, it broke it heart. He trusted the dealer to give him a good and fair value.

Kyle Roesch and his team at Porsche Beachwood were not only phenomenal professionals but also extremely easy going.Id been looking at and emailing multiple luxury car dealers who either were too busy to respond or just did not care for our business until I luckily got in touch with Kyle at Porsche Beachwood. We emailed back and forth no more than a few times and he was able to provide me with a great quote, but more than that, I really appreciated his laid back, no pressure approach. We drove 250 miles to Porsche Beachwood for a specific Cayenne but after getting there, opted for a different one simply because they had inventory available (unlike anywhere else). The finance manager (whose name I, unfortunately, dont remember) was equally wonderful, and professional to work with. These guys simply elevated our first Porsche buying experience and will definitely be returning to them in the future.

Was supposed to be coming from 2 hours away to buy a car, had a purchase agreement and check in hand only to be told 1 hour and a half before we are supposed to be there to pick it up that the car was sold the night before. I see this isn’t the first time this has been done by this salesman. Next time I’ll go somewhere with some integrity.

Buyers Beware! I purchased a BMW X3 from Porsche of Beachwood and the car has been nothing but a nightmare! It immediately started have weird electrical problems and problems with the cooling system. After taking it to a bmw mechanic I was informed what a lemon I was sold. I had to spend 1000s on the cooling system only to be informed the car was so rusted out it and was unsafe to drive (literally the right bump could total the car) It has multiple oil leaks, a faulty ground wiring job, a bad CV boot, rear differential problems, needs new brakes and had 13 stored problems within the computer. I have driven the car less than 500 miles before any of this happened. I spoke to Stephen the sales manager who was supposed to help me get out of the car and then was just totally ghosted without any solve. I would think twice before trusting any of their cars.

Kevin was a great and personable salesperson from start to finish. Although my Mom was buying the car, he took into account all voices throughout the process and was never pushing any purchase. He knew that we would find what we liked and provided solid insight when asked. This is by far the best Porsche Dealership in terms of customer service and fair pricing. I am extremely pleased to have bought a Porsche Cayenne “17 Platinum Edition with the help of Mike Manikas. I strongly recommend working with Mike if you are considering a Porsche for your next car. My review won’t focus on the car because the Porsche brand speaks for itself. However, I can not recommend Mike enough to prospective buyers because the right sales person can reduce a significant amount of frustration from your buying experience. Given that I had some availability to travel when I was in the market, I was communicating with Porsche dealerships up and down the East coast to look for the right car. With that said, Mike was the best sales representative whom I had the pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, fair, and timely.
