The store was nice and the aisles were clear and clean. What I did go for, I was able to purchase quickly and did not have to wait long in the checkout line. Prices are on the higher side at this store but I did see that they have a store card you can sign up for. I didnt have 1 as this was a spur of the moment stop since I was near it so no time to sign up. That is okay though. Id go back when time allowed for a thorough look around for good deals.

I basically shop at this location, I really like Giant Eagle, the lines move swiftly staffs great. And always clean.

Giant Eagles in Beachwood stays pretty consistent in maintaining a clean customer friendly store. Especially the Kitchen who serves hot or cold foods, that staff is very accommodating to your food needs. They seem to make some cosmetic changes to the store inside and out which is very nice and greatly needed

I frequently shop here and my prescriptions are here. I usually have a pleasant experience! Rather its just shopping or picking up prescriptions. The staff is nice and the lines move pretty quickly. They have their slow days but for the most part its not long. The carts are cleaned and ready to go...which I also like. They have sanitizer at the door. I like it here.

I love this giant eagles. Always really clean and well planned out. Its spacious and has a lot of food to choose from. I go here all the time!

Love some things things like frozen food and dessert section, a lot of variety. Seasonings, nice magazine and inspirational book section. Store is well stocked to please everyone. Im okay till its time to checkout. Not enough cashiers.

Get your Bolthouse farms drink! The best drink out there that is healthy and safe! Eat your medicine! This is the best! Try the carrots, ginger, and turmeric!

My favorite place to shop. You can find foods that help you with dietary restrictions such as no sugar or no salt products and low carb items. Plus with the giant eagle card you receive discounts which can save on your food bill or gasoline.

Nice grocery. Lots of selection. Prices are reasonable. Could be a bit clearer.

This is what I call my home store. It’s right up the street from my home and always has what I need. Store is always clean and staff for the most part is helpful. I just wish they would have more checkout lane open and available.

My favorite Gaint Eagle besides the uppity additudes of some who live in Beachwood. Its just the area. Everyone has a Tesla or a supd up SUV. If you can get past all that. Than this FGaint Eagle is amazing. They have 🍣 sushi which is the biggest reason I shop there. An typically the people who work there are really nice.🤗

Was doing self checkout when the employee started accusing us of stealing sushi and screaming at my young sister bc we had sushi in the bag but it “wasn’t on the screen”. After we clarified it WAS on the screen as PHILLY ROLL she offered no apology. So rude

A nice store and clean, the only experiences that I was unpleased with was the lack of checkout representatives and the fact that a checkout lady told me the lotion bottle was open, but still proceeded to not listen to me when I stated all of them look like that and were a twist open and closed lotion. She, ignoring what I told her that they all look like that, then pumped the lotion out of the bottle and onto her hands. First off I told her and I said I was fine with it, so dont proceed to put lotion on your hand while Im purchasing the lotion for me and if she would have listened then she would have read the lotion bottle top and realized when she tried to pump it the first time that the bottle was not opened, if she felt concerned about it she wouldnt have tried to pump the bottle and could have asked someone to go in the back and get me another bottle. So because I didnt want to inconvenience anyone and there was already a line and I was pressed for time myself and had no time to argue, I said that I was fine with purchasing it. It still angers me to this day that the checkout lady squirted the lotion I bought on her hands to prove a point that it was opened when the bottle wasnt, whos watching these cashiers?

We don’t usually shop here but we bought some food for Easter. Got a ham, potato’s, and few other items. The most disappointing thing is that we sat down for apple pie, and it had molding on it. The sell by date is April 1st. Call me crazy but it shouldn’t have mold 3 days latter. The ham was amazing though. Just very upset that our dessert was ruined.

Good central location. Better than other locations Ive been to. Parking is plenty. Plenty of lines open with cashiers waiting to check you out. My cashier greeted me well with a smile and swiftly checked me out. I spent 30 min or so shopping for what I needed instead of standing in a long ?&! Line.

I can get in and out. I prefer it better than Maple Hts Giant Eagle

It was very busy. I could not find some of the items I was looking for. I used self checkout to avoid the lines.

I have previous customer service skills. And while I understand stores close early in Sunday’s and their not fully staffed, there’s no reason to be limited to 2 lanes like your competitors. I stood in a line with the light on and the cashier put a “this lane is closed sign” up and said oh I’m sorry my lane is closed... really? This is why automation and home delivery is taking over because store giants as such have bad customer service. Please do better!

I do not go into the store I just sit in my car at the side of the building and wait for an employee to come out and load my trunk or the passenger side (back seat) with groceries that I am to deliver to my Customers. I love doing this job, but, only 1 problem that I have is seeing the male employees coming out to load my car with their pants hanging half way down their behind showing their underwear. It looks very, very unprofessional and nasty. If, I were their boss I would fire them because this doesnt represent the morals and standards of the establishment as a whole nor the respect of the drivers who are delivering the food to the Customers.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. I have never had a bad experience there. The store is clean and organized. Food is fresh and they have nice bargains.

I dont suppose regularly in this store, just because its out of the way from my neighborhood. Seems like a nice store, well organized and amply stocked. Self checkout was a little confusing but ok.

Went to the deli counter and the fellow there seemed annoyed that I wanted to get something.I am glad that I was visiting and dont shop there.

Giant Eagles is simular to Cleveland Clinic. Its a world class Supermarket.

The store is kinda messy and on the smaller side. Some isles are way too narrow. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage and was dirty. (Not messy) just dirty. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

They had everything I needed. Good produce, fried chicken, and many things that werent on my list. The store was neat and clean, Covid requirements were followed. The employees were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The lines were short. I know that there are times when the lines are longer, but they always work to get customers checked out expeditiously.

Helpful staff! I really love their new scan and go. It is a real line saver!

Shopping was fine! After taking a flu shot on 9/24 my $5 credit has not appeared on my card!! Cashiers in two different stores said that I would have to go to the service desk!! Thats not what was advertised!!!

This store is expensive for the lack of customer service and they have no idea how to manage lines. EVERY time I have gone in there the past few months the line has been up in the aisles. My last trip I had to abandon my cart in the line as I absolutely had to leave right then. I gave myself plenty of time.And, the bathrooms are filthy.

I went in specifically for a pork roast but decided to get some fresh broccoli. It was the worst looking broccoli Ive ever seen. I should have picked it up at Marcs or Aldis.

The lines here normally move quickly compared to most grocery stores. Plus, its in a plaza full of stores and a bank so you can get lots done in the same area. Its a great place to shop if you dont mind the traffic on Chagrin Boulevard. Mornings are best!

Found what I needed. Went into fish department and was greeted by the most wonderful person. The young lady was polite, cheerful, pleasant and helpful. Check out by a very thoughtful and polite and pleasant man. Very good visit. Thank you.

Giant eagle is a good grocery store, although some of the items that they sale are pricier than other grocery stores. I particularly like their sweet potato pies. Their hot foods are delicious as well although the variety varies depending on the location. The store on Chagrin is pretty clean and the cashiers are pretty polite. Over all Giant eagle is a good place to food shop.

The help was good yesterday..my beef with Giant Eagle is that half the help and many of the customers do not comply with the mask mandates and no one cares...newsflash ..the nose is part of the same breathino apparatus as your mouth...and no one challenges non mask wearers...I spend more and shop at Heinens...

Two days ago I used curbside pickup for the first time. My order had numerous items missing. This is understandable during such a difficult and stressful time. The young lady who loaded my car was not wearing a mask, not because she didnt have one. She stated she had one but did not feel like wearing it, totally unacceptable and careless. Anyway I had to go back to the store in order to get the numerous items the young lady had forgotten to include with my order. The second employee, Joy, was outstanding. She was thoughtful, considerate and did her job with courage and dignity. She is the reason I am giving a five star review. Thank you Joy!

You would think you would find Step 1 baby food in abundance in a grocery store, but sadly no. Tons of step 2, crawlers, and walkers, but 1st foods are scarce, and barely there. Thanks Giant Eagle for being so disappointing.
