Nice but no clearance section.

This shop is a little hard to get to if all you want is this shop (I drove 45 minutes across town to get to the only store in the area) but it was a great experience. The girls there were friendly and helpful when I had to exchange a bag that had an issue. Ill drive out there again when I need more Vera!

Amazing Service! I had to ask for a Lunch bag in the pattern I wanted and they immedetly found it and luckily it was on Sale too! Great products!

I wish I could give this store negative or 0 stars because their employee was so rude and inconsiderate. I was trying to order something over the phone to see if they had the item available in their store, but the person who answered sounded like they were in a hurry and said they looked for the item, but they did not have any. I was trying to place an order so they could find it at other Vera Bradley stores, but they just hung up right away. I am never shopping at this store ever again. For future reference please hire more respectful and customer service friendly employees. Sadly I do not recall the persons name so you can avoid getting assistance from them.

I love Vera Bradley, especially at Beachwood Place Mall! The staff is helpful, efficient, and considerate.
