The owner is very polite and explains things to where I was able to understand the products that I was purchasing and taking. And he wasn’t trying to push me into buying other products. He also wrote down what product and when to take it, makes everything a lot easier for me to remember.

So I have been buying smoothies for the last 3 weeks I buy the same one every day I go I usually buy protein bras also I have bought some supplements as well now I am one of those people that really like perks like if you buy 10 smoothies the 11th is FREE well I ordered what I always pay for today and my free smoothie cost 3.90 sorry you lost my business

They got some good stuff in there for all kinds of health benefits and their pretty good at helping find what I want when I need it.
