Ordered a used bass guitar online from this shop. It arrived quickly but I noticed had some issues with the electronics when it showed up. I messaged them to let them know about the issue. I brought an alto saxophone with sticking pads in and asked if it could be fixed on fairly short notice. Jaime and his crew completely disassembled the sax and cleaned all the tone wholes, and afterward lubricated and adjusted the left hand table, which was out of alignment. All this work was done very well and in time to support my playing commitments - the horn plays better than new, and the price for the work was more than fair. I am a happy customer and would trust Jaime with any of my pro level instruments.

I took my trumpet and flugelhorn in to Hamner Music for a thorough cleaning. Also, my flugel needed the first valve slide loosened. Jaime and his shop did a great job! A great little music store that has superior music instrument repair at great prices. A wonderful student instrument rental program, and great deals on horns and accessories. Also a professional teaching staff for private lessons of all ages. My wife and I have purchased 5 professional instruments from from Hammer music and also had repairs and adjustment done to our horns.
