Went 5 minutes before close and they helped me with no problems.

No card section. Limited over the hill and 40 yr old material.

They are really nice but the inventory is low on many of their balloons.

Awesome place and staff. We accidentally let the balloons go after purchase and they replaced free of charge!

I have been shopping here for over 20 years. My FAVORITE contact and go to person there is Alecia (Manager.) She has ALWAYS been extremely helpful, gracious, nice, friendly and ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me whether it be for business or personal. If you ever run into ANY problems while your there, shes Your Lady. She knows we are all busy (as she is) and gets you in and out ASAP. I recommend Party City in Beaumont 100%.

This place has gotten a bit pricey in recent years. I used to love shopping here for my babies parties, but prices on balloons and other key items are way too expensive now. They still have great stuff and tons of themes just be prepared to pay.

Place is clean, most workers are helpful and leave you alone until you ask for help. Large selection of party supplies for any type of party.

The worst customer service. After 6 phone conversations, two online orders all over 3 balloons i ordered online and they still could not complete my order. I will drive to another store thats 20 mins away instead. way faster than dealing with the employees . dont waste your time at this party city.I rarely give any reviews but i did this time.

This store has anything you need to throw a party except the food. They have plenty of theme items whether its for a kids birthday party, wedding receptions, family picnics or those must have Halloween costumes. They also have a great website where you can order and ship anywhere.

Party city (to me) had a better selection at one time. Disappointed because I couldnt find anything for a girls cupcake wars party. This theme is getting popular! Hands on fun party for kids! Think of all the candy you could sell for decorating!

Employees were overwhelmed by the five customers in the store. The sense of urgency was not there. The store was clean but some aisles were tightly packed while others had lots of space between them. Can use some reorganization.

AWESOME selection of items for every occasion from parties, graduations,anniversaries. Whatever the event Party City has whatever you may need in the store.

Very limited selection of items and its always the same stuff, they do not update their inventory as different things (like kid shows) become more popular. I was looking for How To Train Your Dragon birthday items for my daughter and they didnt even have cups and plates.

I walked out without costumes for all four of my kids because the employees were rude af. After they told me they had the costumes in my kids sizes I get to pick-up and am told they dont have them. When I asked which costumes they had available in their sizes, the guy ignored us, walked away while rolling his eyes and refused to acknowledge our request. Our polite request. So I went to Spirit and was greeted by very helpful people who were happy to help us find costumes. Thank you Spirit.

Does customer service even exist in this store? The staff at the Beaumont store is incredibly unhelpful, unfriendly, and have absolutely no knowledge of what is available in their own store. Rude, lazy, and slacker are the 3 best adjectives I can find to describe the staff at this store. IF I ever have to go to a brick and mortar again, I will gladly drive to the Mid-county location where the employees seem to have brains and manners!!!

CRITICAL Outdated Payment Card Process, be warned, you may be stranded at their store having paid for items and yet their not being able to provide you a receipt or even a refund! Their payment transaction is not syncing with their register systems! Spent hours with this issue today with them, will NEVER RETURN after years of relying on them!

Terrible Service! I paid full Price for an outfit that didn’t even have the full items included with! Do better when packaging the bags or at least have spare items, if this situation happens, thats wasted finance, never shopping there again!

This place is great to help you get ready for any birthday party or any events and everything is very structured and easy to find everything you need. I always can find something cheap to help make a party look like I spent hundreds of dollars.

Costumes there cost 20$ and up. There are no 10$ costumes here nor half off if you buy one.

Went for halloween it was very crowded but everyone was nice. We found some things on sale but not the costume we wanted.

It would be nice if they had brown hair paint... Closest color they had was black.

I spent 40 minutes looking for a welcome home banner, which apparently they dont carry in store. I was not greeted or helped in any way.

They always have what I need when I cant find it cheaper somewhere else.
