This place is a hidden gem 💎. The selections they have from tiles, doors, back splash and more. Definitely had a hard time making decisions on my home remodeling decor. Satisfied with my purchase, they had what I wanted in stock so we loaded up the truck and brought my beautiful pieces home.

Very friendly. Quick and knowledgeable assistance. The guy stayed with me, answered every question till I was finished. Prices were lower than the big box stores. Only drawback is it is hard to tell from the road where the entrance is. A definite go to for my home improvement projects.

Surplus Warehouse is a place people go on a small budget for rental Properties or simple fixes. This is not top grade materials, That is the reason it is more affordable than other places such ... Lows and Home Depot . But this doesnt mean the products are bad either. Im just saying dont expect a gold bar when youre paying for tin. :) I like shopping here to flip rentals. Lets face it. Renters wreck properties and the owners need quick fixes to get it rented out again.

We were there just after closing today. There were several cars arriving to pick up their purchases. We had bought a double door yesterday, but were told they were closed. I pointed out that others were arriving to also pick up. They again told us to leave, they were closed.Feck em. NEVER getting any more business from me.Calling corporate on Monday.

First off this is open to the public. Great store for the DIY and remodelers. Great selection of windows,doors, cabinets and all types of flooring. This place is busy all the time. The staff here have more knowledge than a lot of the other stores that sell similar products. Whole I was there a customer came in and was having an issue finding the correct windows he needed. Within 30 minutes his windows were ordered and at a price he was amazed at. They recently changed all of their flooring displays to better view their great selection of products. They also offer FREE design help to assist you. They even print out the design for you in multiple views. The price on cabinets is 2/3 the price of other stores. A must stop and look if you are doing a house project. You have nothing to lose but money out of your wallet.

Just purchased 900 sf of laminate flooring and vinyl floor for a flood job. Had a great experience. Great selection and great service!!! They were prompt and courteous. Highly recommended. Shaquanda is the gal to see. Shes got a great attitude and I cant recommend her highly enough. She needs a raise!! :-) much love.

Customer service has 100% improved. Being a real estate investor I shop with them often. I had an issue with the wrong carpet color, Todd the manager and Josh the regional manager did an awesome job fixing the issue. They have definitely earned my business and I will be shopping Surplus Warehouse again!

Me and my family had an awful experience with customer support here. We ordered tile here and when we went to pick it up they had to reorder it as if it wasnt ordered in the first place. Also we bought out cabinets and they left two big cabinets but made us have to pay for them because they werent ordered, even though they were included in our estimate. Then they wanted to say that we already picked up our counter top when we didnt! The workers were rude when we tried to sort things out. Would not recommend.

We had a house fire and spent a lot of time deciding on what we wanted. We were told because of our house fire we were going to be offered their best discount inorder to help. We made our decision after 6-8 trips into their store and once we were ready to buy the sales manager told us they don’t offer special discounts to anyone.We wound up buying elsewhere because of the lies.

Terrible customer service at the Beaumont location. I had to hunt someone down and then felt as if asking for assistance was clearly outside the scope of their job function and I had inconvenienced them. In a world post Harvey, why would an entity operate in this manner? I took my business elsewhere.
