I was so glad I went into Mattress Firm. The salesman was extremely helpful, the price was excellent and, since we needed to pick up these mattresses in a different town, he was able to locate them for me and have them held for me to pick up a couple of days later. Could not have been more helpful or nice nice. I would definitely recommend mattress firm in Beaumont, Texas.

My sister and I went to two different Mattress Firm locations here in Beaumont. The first one is close to Walmart and Natasha was our saleslady. Natasha sat down the entire time we were in the store pointing to different mattresses. Her customer service skills were NOT good. I did not want to spend my money there. We went to the other location and there we met Brandon Mikes. Brandon came and opened the front door and greeted us with a smile. He introduced himself and answered all my questions about the different mattresses. He was pleasant, helpful and had outstanding customer service skills. Brandon earned my business. Because of Brandon I am happy about my purchase. Thank you Brandon.

I have had a terrible experience w/ this company who has on numerous occasions failed to honor agreements they made w/ me from the beginning of this purchase. First l was not informed verbally upon purchase of this mattress about the return policy. The sales representative, Jonathan R. Willis, store manager, only told me & my husband that we had the option of returning or exchanging it if we were dissatisfied w/ it. He purposely failed to share the details of the conditions of the exchange or return which has caused me an extreme lose of money. This mattress was purchased May 22, 2021 at a cost of $2704.04. After having it for a week l found it to be very uncomfortable. We went to the store on two occasions to inform the representative of our dissatisfaction w/ it. It was very hard & very uncomfortable to sleep on. This was a plush sealy posturepedic memory foam king size mattress that is very uncomfortable still after sleeping on it for over 21 days. On June 18, 2021 l returned to the store to return the mattress and was told by the store rep that l was going to only receive $2,249.68 for the return due to the cost of 20% restocking fees that were never started to me upon purchase of this product by Jonathan R. Willis. This is a loss of $454.41 at my expense which is outrageous. I was then told about the store policy of which was my first time hearing about. Had l known about this policy before purchasing the mattress l would NOT have agreed to purchase it but Mr Willis failed to state the policy to me only stating it could be returned or exchanged. I was also told the mattress would be picked up Tuesday, June 22, 2021 and later found out that the pick schedule had been cancelled on Friday after the store rep called me Friday evening stating that the store manager wanted to talk to me and would call Monday, June 21, 2021 of which there was no call. I was NOT told the delivery had been cancelled at that time until l called the store Monday, June 21, 2021 and was told the pickup was not on their schedule meaning it was cancelled w/out my knowledge or consent. I feel this was a deceptive purchase at my expense. I also feel that l have worked w/ this company on many occasions to rectify this situation by agreeing to do what the store asked me to do and the store failed to honor all agreements made w/ me. Finally after three visits to the store & several phone calls w/ dissatisfying results this mattress is scheduled for pickup today, Wednesday, June 23, 2021. At present it is 6:00 pm & l am now waiting for the pickup call. I am a MOST DISAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED customer who will NEVER purchase anything from them & will encourage others to do the same.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! We were told we could return the mattress anytime within the 120 day trial period and get a full refund except when we tried to return it in person and they refused to take it and said we had to schedule a day and time to have them pick it up. When we set the pickup day and time we were told we could set the mattress out where their drivers could access it and everything would be good. The night before the pickup day I received a voicemail stating that someone 18 or older had to be there or we would have to reschedule for a later date. I ended up having to take the day off work because of this change with the pickup ended up costing me even more money now. I finally got the amount refunded 2 weeks later and they kept $600.00 of the purchase price and not one word or any explanation of why they kept my money. I was never given anything at the time of purchase outlining the return policy or stating that they will keep as much of your purchase price that they feel like keeping. No way can it be legal that they can only refund you an amount that they see fit. I never signed anything agreeing to anything they have done. This is unacceptable and I hope this review saves someone else from getting screwed by them!!

We had a fantastic experience with the purchase of a new mattress when working with Chris. He was attentive to our needs, not the over sale. Chris communicated all the details through the whole process. We were in and out within 30 minutes, and have a mattress set coming on Saturday!

When I went into the store I felt uncomfortable. The sales lady Kacy was laying on a bed with a man, they were cuddled up. Felt like I was interupting a moment. I knew what I wanted told her and she checked me out very quickly.

This is by far the best buying experience I’ve had in the two years I’ve been in Beaumont. I’ve spent thousands at conns, and thousands at American bedroom furniture. Both were absolutely horrible experiences. Kacy was a great salesperson, she wasn’t pushy at all and even looked up to see if the manufacturers website was cheaper (which it was) and matched the price for us. We got an amazing deal and I spent far less then what I was expecting to spend. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new mattress to stop here first. I purchased a floor model set which carried no warranty. This was a terrible. Mistake. BEWARE. The set felt great in the store BUT when I got it home it was not the same !!
