Purchased an Electric golf cart golf cart from golf carts of Beaumont with in the first month the batteries needed to be replaced. They would not honor the warranty and replaced them myself.no big deal just 800.00 right? Fast forward years later, I was in the market for a new 2020 Yamaha gas cart. Thought I would give them a second chance. Had them quote the golf cart, called to purchase the golf cart a few months later just to find out it went up another couple of grand! Called around outside of the local area and send the pictures I took of the golf cart I wanted at golf cart of Beaumont. I could Believe it! Came back $4000.00 cheaper and was identical. Hour away and save 4k! Do yourself a favor and check around outside of golf carts a Beaumont! Wanted to change a few parts on my current golf cart. You’re better off ordering your parts off-line then having to deal with with this Guy. Called to purchase a wheel hub from them. First question out of his mouth was where did you buy it? He would not sell me a wheel hub and then hung up on me! Pretty comical!

I bought used gold cart almost a month ago now. When I picked up the first time I ended up bringing back for a 2 page list of issues that I had found. Attention to detail is what I do for a living and after having it some time now it’s unbelievable all the issues I’ve encountered the second time. I’m just slowing fixing everything along the way and having to spend my own time and $ to make right because I refuse to bring back for the second time. When you pull up to pick up they are nice looking but don’t look to close. I’m not one to blast anyone, but got the amount of money we spent on the PREMIUM/LOADED PACKAGE I can’t help myself any longer after continuing to find issues. They are very nice looking when you pull up and see it, but don’t look to close. I’m not saying don’t do business with them, just make sure they make it right.......ISSUES-Front end tires out 4 1/2” on alignment-Stripped all self tap screws for flares which aren’t made for flares to begin with (SS bolts and lock nut)-Fenders installed unevenly throughout-Electrical wiring just ran wherever it was convenient for whoever done it-Front rack off centered-Max PSI for tires 20, there was 37psi when picked up-Seat belts installed backwards (easy fix)-Tinted windshield scratched-Several nuts loose throughout-Dash wasn’t cleaned out first time I picked up so the next pick up they had sprayed black spray paint throughout. Wasn’t bad looking other than runs everywhere.-Many more but I think you get the point

Been trying since Dec 12, 2020 to get my cart under warranty to see why it will not run. They keep telling me Im on the list or go to Vidor. Really over 4 months and nothing.

I’ll tell you what.. this may have been the best buying experience of my life - hands down. The owner and office lady made my day and I feel like I made friends for life! I bought a used one and was sure if they had changed the oil or not, I asked them about it and they changed right there in the spot.. For FREE! That place is amazing and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used. They have some great deals too! Best part was how easy and hassle free the whole process was!

Incredible customer service and such a friendly staff! Always ready to help and very knowledgeable of what they sell and do there! The lady that works in the office is definitely good at what she does and has made the whole process easy and smooth! I would recommend them over anyone and everyone in the business!

While searching for a cart for our family in May, I stumbled across Golf Cars of Beaumont. I believe the salespersons name was Chelsie and she was absolutely amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. We purchased a used golf cart and cannot be happier with how well the company has treated us since, from servicing the cart to answering a few random questions I’ve called about since buying.I read the last review and oddly enough it was just posted 3 hours ago. I just hadn’t had a chance to post my great experience with them. Unfortunately, when running a business, you can’t please everyone and I hope your issues are resolved soon one way or another. I hate to see you thought they were rude, as I’ve never had anything but a positive experience with them.
