Once you finally get ahold of the “local service center” or a gentleman named Clayton at the main office they are helpful, but it has taken me 4 calls and over an hour on the phone and I still haven’t been able to speak with anyone who can schedule service for me.All calls are routed to their call center, and those representatives are unable to add delivery service. I cannot imagine I will keep this company if this is the headache I have to endure every time I need more propane.
Ferrell gas is now owned by Amerigas and has the worst service I have ever had! I talked to 8 different people in 6 different states trying to get an emergency fill. They all said we will put in an a requestAfter 2 days. We had to leave, no hot water no stove and we are up in the mountains. 2 week later they show up not telling us after we put in Numerous times that. Thay need to call us before they get there. Nope! So they fill up and put locks on our tank. Can we get a hold of them NOPE. WE ARE SCREWED AND THE ROSE THE PRICE AFTER THE QUOTED US A DIFFERENT PRICE!!
Ordered 100 gallons on 11/24/2020. Paid up front. Cost was $580.89! Way too expensive! Called local office in Beaumont, CA almost 30 days later on 12/21/2020 to complain that no delivery had been made, but no one in the local office answers! Their office leaves the phone set to transfer to one of their nationwide call centers. Drove to the office, no one present in the office or in the yard. Left 2 notes, one on the front door and one on the yard gate with my number and a request to call me immediately. Its now two months later in February 2021 and no one in their office has made any effort to call whatsoever. Its very obvious from my experience and all the other reviews I have read online that they couldnt care less about their customers.
Have waited weeks for repair service, now it was suppose to be today between 9AM and noon with a call one hour before arriving . it is now 11:45 so i guess I either wont get the hour notice, and I am an hours away or I wont get it l I have left a message for Clayton, no return call.This property is a rental and my tenant has waited in the cold for months now. I am on the computer looking for another company.
We are always happy with the service from Ferrell. Our tank is always filled promptly and with nice and friendly service from the drivers. The receptionist is as well super kind.
OMGthey want to steal me !!! supposedly they filled my tank and in two weeks it was already empty, they dont want to accept that they did something wrong and the manager NOEMI doesnt answer the calls and they get angry about the situation ... they are all thieves in Ferrell GadLADRONES TODOS, DRIVERS TÉCNICOS
I recently switch to solar and no longer needed propane. I had 70 percent left in my tank that I was using for the bbq and ferrell gas came and took the regulator so I could use the propane I had already paid for. I explained to them that I didnt need to renew the contract and the lady representative became upset. At this point, i told them, if theyre not going to let me use up my propane, come get the tank. Technically ferrell gas stole my already purchased propane.
