I was amazed with the quality of work and presentation the homes had and showed.. the staff was awesome and very helpful. They treated my kids great which makes it kid friendly. The gentleman or sales man was very helpful he answered all my questions and made us feel welcomed and confident. We still in the market for a new home and this is definitely on top of our list.. thanks..

Purchasing a manufactured home from Savon Homes & Pacific Homes was absolutely the best decision we made!I was uncertain with purchasing a manufactured home for the property we had just purchased. However, after talking and working with Mike & Cindy Taylor, it was the so worth it. Mikes knowledge of the whole building process from permits to final construction answered so many questions we had, Cindys complete designing of our home and Luvianka for helping with all the paperwork involved, made the entire process from beginning to end so easy. Our home came out more beautiful than I had ever imagined.....its perfect!!We thank everyone involved for all their hard work and dedication to building our beautiful home!

We are just starting to explore the option of purchasing a manufactured home. And after spending several days going to different Dealers In the Area I found that this dealer has the biggest inventory and their sales agents are very knowledgeable.

Bill was super nice and helpful . However a $60k modular home we found out will cost us $220k + .
