I have to say that my interactions with the staff at this store today made it literally the best customer experience Ive ever had purchasing a phone. I was greeted immediately walking through the door and asked how they could help me. When the next rep was available, as they were quite busy, I was immediately helped. I didnt wait too long. Nobody lied to me. Nobody misled me. No surprises. Everyone was incredibly polite and attentive. Zack was by far the best salesman Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with purchasing a new device. He was beyond helpful, friendly, polite, and very informative. I walked out of that store today knowing exactly what I purchased, what Im paying for, with exactly what I wanted, & everything I needed. I couldnt be happier with the experience I had today. Zack went above and beyond in helping me. I can honestly say Ive never had an experience this pleasant purchasing a new device. He knows his stuff, he listened, hes incredible with customers, and is a genuinely kind person. I dont leave reviews often, but this one was necessary. I was over the moon impressed with this store and all of the staff. Ive literally never had an experience like this go so well, so easily, and with such great staff on top of it! I wanted to give a shout out to the US Cellular by Rechecks! The young man there (Travis) was slammed with people, and handled it all with ease. At one time he was waiting on 3 people. The professionalism he showed will bring me back to the store!

The employees at this location are always polite and very knowledgeable. I have always recieved the help and answers I need to my cell phone issues.Today I owe a huge Thank You to Kyle the Miracle Worker!! I thought my phone was done for, but Kyle would not accept that as a solution. He continued to battle my phone until he successfully conquered the the problem. Hats off to you!!

I can’t say enough about the customer service i received at this location! Katie Galloway took the time to make sure I would be happy with my switch from Samsung S7 to the iPhone 8 Plus. She provided amazing training on my new phone and made sure the plan I had was suitable to my budget and helped me add the lines I needed. She spent lots of extra time making sure I understood all the changes as I am not very good with technology. She said to come back or call with any future questions (and I did), helped me on her own time and was very patient. I wish I could remember the ladys name that I dealt with on May 30 to obtain a plan. Im currently with US Cellular and she was in no mood to help me at all. She demanded a utility bill in my name, which I dont have, and shaming the bank and the DOT for using one of their forms as a proof of residence. I am seriously thinking of going to another carrier if this is the type of service they rendering.

Ashley helped me. I bought my tablet at the other US Cellular by Walmart. They didnt even finish setting up my device, told me I had to figure it out or go to the other store to receive help. I am disabled. Spent over an hour working with Ashley, she was very helpful.

I decided to go back to U.S Cellular because i couldnt get service with consumer cellular. They were very helpful and I love my new phone.

Just bought 2 new phones there in the last month & disappointed when we received our bill today with hidden fees we were NEVER told about. When we specifically asked what our bill would be & about any other charges so we wouldnt have to deal with any surprise fees!

I always try to go to Travis. He is always helpful. I went in picked out my phone, he set it up and let me know how I could say money. Before I knew it I was out the door.

This is a smaller shop being thats its not a real US Cellular, but everyone there is friendly, and with the recent stops in with the pre-order for my S10, Ive been greeted by name the second I walk in

They tell you you have UNLIMTED data but when you reach 10g they throttle down the internet speed to snail pace false advertising seems unlawful

Pretty good service here although usually have to wait in line in about 10 minutes. Still cheaper to pay your bill in store than online.
