Oh my gosh, where do I begin?! From start to finish the service I was provided was EXCELLENT! Jeremy at Jeff Schmitt Lawn & Motor Sports arranged for my John Deere riding lawn mower to be picked up at my home and when it was done had it delivered back to my house. I had a full maintenance service done and also had the battery replaced. It runs like a champ. The price couldn’t be beat anywhere! This company really gives A+ service! I am a customer for life! Thanks to everyone for such great work!
Nice shop, good service. There was some scheduling confusion with the delivery of my mower (I plainly provided the date twice, but the delivery was erroneously scheduled a week early), but nothing a couple phone calls couldnt fix.
I give them two stars because Jerry and Mary were very polite and professional.It would be less without them.However, we had an agreement (with Ashley and myself) from all of the damages and inconveniences from the disservices from Jeff Schmitt maintenance department.I was supposed to have everything repaired back to original. Which they did fix.The vehicle to be detailed inside and outside for my inconvenience. This was a mutual agreement. Well folks. They did the inside. They did NOT touch the outside.They continuously disappoint. Never had one single issue when it was Langs.This is my third brand new vehicle from since they opened in October 2015. Each vehicle, they have damaged. There are records on each incident.I even waited a couple of days before completing this survey. Hoping to receive a follow up phone call from Ashley or some one from her office as a courtesy call. Where is the true customer service today?I have been a Chevy person my entire life, but they may have forced me to else where.
Picked up my 3 machines that needed repair. Repaired them in a timely manner. They all looked almost like new when I got them back. I tested each one and they performed very well. It was a little costly but I think I got what I paid for. Well pleased overall. I really liked the fact that they had free pick up and delivery.

I purchased a used Husqvarna Z254 at a great price. However, when I got it home the spark plugs looked as if they were 2 years overdue for changing, the air filter just as bad. Oil was dirty. I purchased here thinking that coming from a reputable automobile dealer they serviced their used mowers just as they do their used cars. Apparently not. Salesperson was great.
Jeff Schmitt Lawn & Motor Sports have completed repairs on my leaf blower, snow blower and lawn mower. In all cases I have been very satisfied. Everyone has always been kind, professional and expert at repairs. I would recommend them highly for repairs.
We bought our Ferris mower new from Jeff Schmitt a year ago. We went in this year to look for a tractor and were told they had none for the rest of the year, which is strange because they have models similar to the ones we asked about sitting on the lot. Worked out because we bought a better one somewhere else and wont have to depend this place for service.Shortly after, we had our mower scheduled for oil change and blade sharpening. Theyve had it for almost 2 weeks and my husband was just told it wont be done this week either. Looking more like a month. We arent sure why they even took it in if theyre just going to sit on it, but said two weeks in that we still have 16 mowers ahead of ours and not even an apology was given. If we wait much longer wed have to brush hog our yard (not what we had in mind when we dropped $$ on a good mower). We are going to take back the mower and have to find another dealer to service it than the one that sold it to us. Very poor service.
I recently purchased a place that has about 3 acres to mow, so I stopped by Jeff Schmitt Lawn & Motor Sports on Monday and talked with Aaron Davis about zero turn mowers. Aaron was very helpful and did a great job. This was my first zero turn mower and they have quite a selection of several brands. He was very patient answering all my questions about a few different brands. I test drove a few different mowers and ended up going with a 54 Kubota Z421. Aaron delivered the mower on Tuesday and I was out mowing Tuesday evening. It took me a bit to get used to, but the mower did a great job. I am definitely pleased with the choice I made with the mower and with going to Jeff Schmitt Lawn & Motor Sports. They were great to deal with and it is nice to know they service what they sell. And, its a bonus that when I need service, they will come pick it up and bring it back when they are done. Thanks again yall!Maybe when the pole barn is ready, we can talk about a tractor. :)
Very reasonable pricing on service, my Stihl blower wouldnt start, but all it needed was preventive maintenance, and I was good to go, runs great!👍
We got our used 2016 Polaris RZR 570 here and the staff was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about what we were buying! Aaron Davis and Ryan Moore are who helped us complete our purchase! And they were not pushy at all for us to make our purchase! Very great experience here!
I was super impressed by my experience at Jeff Schmitt. I was able to handle the entire experience over the phone, by text and online without ever needing to go to the dealership until pickup. Even then they would have delivered to my house, but I wanted to meet the team I had been working with. The F&I resource didnt try to oversell me on any of the extras and they gave me an incredible price on my new vehicle. I love my new Escalade.

Bought a Polaris ATV a few months ago. Very happy with my purchase and the prices of buying through them. The service department was great, too. Had a minor issue within 2 months and they came too pick it up, fixed it, and dropped it off back at my house. Love they offer that to those that lived within 20 miles of the dealer.
Everyone is attentive and friendly but this place has to be the slowest place I have ever done business with. It took 7 hours to complete the deal. This was with no test drive as we already knew what we wanted.

Greeted right upon entry, directed to correct location for parts pickup. Prompt courteous checkout. Everything was clean. Only think I disliked was that monster speedbump i was going less than 5MPH and it still felt like i hit it a 65 lol, but I dont blame them all that expensive equipment and one clown driving crazy and their insurance company would have a coronary.
Polaris ATV 400 series. Winch locked up. Jeff schmidt lawn and motor sports picked my atv during a snow storm, took it back to the shop and untangled the metal cable, replaced it with heavy duty rope (newer system) and added automatic stop so I can’t get it too far in and lock it up. Brought it back and it works great. Driver was very nice and i am very happy with the service I received.

I still need to practice the skills to handle the zero turn. But I am learning and enjoying the Kubota!

Let me start by saying that we LOVE our car!!!!What we didnt love was that we allowed the dealership to get away with ignoring or request to negotiate the price down. When we chose the vehicle we told the salesman that we wanted to see if we could get the price down and by the time we made it back into his office he started processing things and never did follow up on our options to reduce the price. We stupidly let him get away with it! Then when we saw the breakdown in fees we got charged (and we acknowledge that we didnt fight them and should have ) >$6000 in extra fees that were totally unnecessary! They really took us and by ignoring our requests and goal budget we had previously told them about and by socializing extensively - they successfully charged us way more than we intended! Then the one small thing we asked to have fixed prior to our picking up the vehicle, wasnt fixed! To their credit they are arranging a time to have it taken care of. Lesson learned on our part!
Just wanna say thanks to the guys at Jeff Schmitt Polaris. They fixed our machine very quickly and for a reasonable price. With the mechanical issue we had they could’ve easily taken Advantage of us but they were very fair.
We purchased a Polaris EV from Jeff Schmitt and they delivered it to our house.We had a problem with it.. We called them and they picked it up and sent it to the service department. They fixed the problem and we were very pleased on how it works right now. They picked it up and delivered it which was great but now works wonderful.
Was not happy. Brought the saw in to have a broken bolt replaced. Took the saw back to job site and as I was using it something didnt seem right. Finally I stopped to check the saw. There was a missing bolt on the lower part of the handle. I had to leave and return the saw to get bolt your mechanic forgot to put back. Here I loose time working bringing saw back and then picking it up again. Would have of kept me happy if you would have thrown in a couple of new chains for my trouble due to your mistake. But nothing. So yes Im not a happy camper with your service department.Jack

Jeff Schmitt Kubota is an excellent operation. I have been a customer for over 5 years, and have had exception service from them. They are very good at doing all the routine service recommended by the manufacturer. I have both Kubota and Skagg equipment and both have been routinely serviced and repaired by them. They are consistently honest about their advice and repairs. They also have exceptional delivery and pickup service. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for repairs of equipment that they service.

Service and repair is still pending my Kubato BX 2380 has been at the dealer for over a month .UPDATE: I originally made an initial service/repair appt. and they were 4 weeks out ok busy.After pick up they did not look at the unit for 3 1/2 weeks,,,,to receive estimate for service and get a repair estimate to insurance company (which I had pre-arranged) as there was damage to the mower deck and I had insurance for that problem. No communication between dealer and insurance for 10 days.I finally called insurance company got estimate approved to get things moving which got things rolling.It is now 11/27 the tractor was picked up on 10/8 next week will be 2 months!!!As a property owner that needs a 4wd tractor especially in the fall this is just unacceptable.Not sure what the dealer can or will do at this point.Promoing my bill and/or a store credit for the same amount might be a start.What would you do?
I have done a lot of business with these guys in their parts/service department and every time I felt as if they were looking out for my best interest vs. doing something to make more money. With that, I chose to buy my sons new Polaris youth RZR 170. Unless something changes, I will continue to do all my business with Jeff Schmitt Lawn & Motor Sports.
Tyler was very helpful and was able to direct me to just the mower that would best suit my needs.
Took 3 pieces of equipment last September and started them up this year. Two self propelled and a rider. Was told that the deck need about $800.00 new belts etc. used it once and something quit working. The rider would start but not move. Took it back and it cost $85 more dollars to get it going. Oil change deck work and tune up for all three mowers!
On 5/12/2020, I went to purchase a one gallon jug of 2 cycle fuel. I have never been treated with such rudeness and lack of customer service. I stood in line with 4 other customers in the store waiting for assistance. I had one employee continue to walk by on three separate occasions with no response to the status of our wait. One customer even made the remark if there was anyone actually working. The sales people were kind when I first walked in the door but when they realized I was not purchasing an ATV you are no longer of importance to consider if I could be a future customer. I have always heard negative things about customer service at this location but now I have seen it for myself first hand. Will from now on take my business elsewhere and I will be sure to let others know of my negative experience.

Was told that my loan was all good to go. When I arrived to receive my new equipment the salesman had not actually taken the time to check on the loan, then tried to cover up that fact. After a while of fumbling around he finally came clean and said the loan actually was denied and they couldnt help me. Very disappointed.

They have NO costumer support. They are great on selling products for cheaper prices. Pushy to make a sale. I bought a $12,000 scag tractor and when I couldnt ride it on my hill and crashed and split my lip, I called Aaron my salesperson with my story, he still hasnt called me back in 3 days for a solution to my tractor problem. He also lied about delivery dates to make a sale. Dont buy from them to save a few dollars. Use a local dealer rather than this big money making machine. Buyer beware!

2/15/20 Update: I ordered a set of rubber tracks. I live 1.5 hours from this dealership and I was told the tracks cant be shipped to my house. When I picked them up they had fedex shipping labels which means they 100% couldve been shipped to my house. Whatever. The reason im upset is there are two different sets of rubber tracks one with wheel spacers and one without. The set with spacers is what I need and what I was charged for (3 or 4 hundred dollars more) and recieved the NE kit with no spacers. Also the hinges were missing so the tracks cant be hooked together making them useless. Called after realizing all this and was told oh maybe the hinge isnt part of the kit and yes we check our parts for completeness when they come in when the hinges are clearly checked on the parts list from the shipper. Just really disappointed because for spending $4400 on these tracks and 17k on the machine this all shouldve been sorted out and double checked before I drove that far again. One more thing is that when I took delivery of my machine it was missing the winch hook that was in all the pictures. Matt said hed have one for me when I pick up my tracks. There was no hook, so maybe Matt just tells you what you want to hear?Original review: Matt helped me with the purchase of my new Argo frontier 8x8. Any questions I had here was quick with answers. He has a great attitude and was courteous. Someone even snagged the hook off my winch and he replaced it no questions.

I’ve sent several family members to Jeff Schmitt’s dealerships and they have always taken great care of them. Unfortunately my own experience started very rough and not the same customer service that had been given. I was shopping for a new truck and was ready to walk away from this bad experience. At the final last chance, I met Ray Grigsby and Nick Derwort. If it wasn’t for their attention and professionalism, I was ready to walk away and find another dealership. Ray was completely honest with me with all the miscommunication and took it personal to regain our trust. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and extremely professional as well. Ray saved our business for this dealership and we purchased a new truck . Based on their intervention and gaining our trust again, this is the Best Dealership for any new vehicle purchase!!!!
Wouldnt recommend for parts. I went for help on parts search. The lady in parts has very little knowledge of the parts she is selling. Why would you have a parts rep that doesnt know how small engines work? Go somewhere else, even if shopping new, what kind of help are you going to get when you need?
Use to deal with them exclusively. very knowledgeable and help for getting parys you need. found out most of there parts have about a 50% mark up over every other dealer in area

I have had great luck with them for cars but my experience with them onthe powersports side has been terrible.I have a Kubota tractor with 95 hours on it that blew up and Kubota wont warranty the engine.We bought extended warranty and accidental fault insurance and yet Kubota wont step up to the plate.I also bought a brand new Ferris mower which has been awesome.We also bought a brand new Mazda CX-5 and previously had bought 2 other cars.I wish they had more influence on Kubota as a dealership.If Kubota wont stand behind their warranty why would you still carry the product.This has been going on for a year and we want something done.

This is an established equipment dealer with a good line card which is better than most. For yard hand power equipment - Stihl, for ATVs -Polaris and yard tractors - Kubota plus others. They have a service department and very attentive sales people. Try it out.
