I got my 4 year old daughters ears pierced about 4 weeks ago and they did phenomenal. I got the 3 week cleaner because she was so anxious to change her earrings out. We changed them right at 3 weeks and everything was great. All she can now talk about is how she wants to pierce ears when she grows up.

I have purchased a few things from here, for me and a few presents. The jewelry is nice and the staff is even better. Julie always gets me together. I love the selection of rings and body jewelry they have. Definitely found my jewelry shop!

They have amazing customer service! Their staff went above and beyond to help me with my selections and to answer all questions I had. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have to give it up for these women! I brought my five year old in today. ON THE SATURDAY AFTER CHRISTMAS... They were EXTREMELY busy, but very friendly, helpful and professional. I watched them pierce a babys ears before they were ready for my daughter and they didnt act or appear frazzled in the least when they were ready for her... They talked TO MY DAUGHTER as though it was a normal, every day thing and made her feel comfortable... She now refers to them as the earring doctors... 😆

They were absolutely the best, Julie was the greatest ever. I barely even felt the pierce, the sound of the gun was louder than the pain was painful. I would definitely, definitely recommend.

No one and I NO ONE ever answers the phone. I had to go there to get a few questions answered. I did not appreciate the service.

They are always so friendly when I come up to the store. They talk to me like we are friends and not just trying to take my money like some of the other stores in the mall.
