Always understaffed here. A employee (short with black and grey curly hair) was yelling at another in front of customers about not having her walkie turned on. Guess now I know why they can’t keep anyone. The poor people who are good are overworked and you can see it. Also doesn’t help they have to harass you about adding on a membership or this and the MAGAZINE thing. This company would do better if they did away with all that.

Love the atmosphere. They have everything you can think off.Its like having F.Y.E and Barns&Nobles all in one place. Loved it.

OMG WHAT IS THAT NOISE?Other than the deafening buzz, its a decent bookstore/toystore/yogurt shop/etc. Great for browsing bestsellers, but Ive rarely found a book I was looking for.But so, so loud. Why???

The store has a nice vibe to it. A large selection of books and collectibles. Prices are what one would expect from a retail store. The front door has been broken for 2 years now for some reason tho. Its almost a show piece at this point in itself.

If you are a book lover you will love this place! Its a huge store with a vast collection of books on all subjects. Apart from books it has several other things like toys, games etc. A must visit if you are in this part of town!

Lovely facility with a very large collection of books for all ages and genres! There is also a gift shop and a frozen smoothie shop in the first floor. There are also many reading areas spread throughout the shelves of books. Definitely a store to visit and revisit!

Would give a better rating, staff were rude and unhelpful. They forced an unessesarily long line by only having one register open when 4 of the staff were behind the same counter. Older gentlemen was rude and wouldnt answer simple questions. Only a 2 because the younger staff ladies were actually nice and helpful. They had one girl working to death.

Great puzzle selection and books for kids. I was disappointed that all the bibles and bible study books were printed in China. After searching the internet and calling book publishers I found that American bible publishers have move all their printing operations to a largely atheist country like China. Who many accuse of intimidation and bias against the local Christian community in China. Bible publishers are profiteers too. Who figured?Yogurt Mountain is a disaster. Watery yogurt that I paid 11.00 for 1.25 ounces. No wonder I see few people in this area when I visit.

Overpriced, but cool selection. The lights make an annoying, loud, high frequency sound that is irritating. I go in to find new books and then order on other sites because of the price markup.

I used to enjoy going here, of course there are plenty of books I could browse all day if I wanted to. I would typically find a few books locate a table or overstuffed chair which used to be lined along the upstairs windows. It seems that the company has decided to do away with the tables and chairs; now only a few places to sit and one or two tables.

Always enjoy my experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Went on the 4th because I couldnt wait to get the next book in a series. Not crowded store was clean and my book expert was very helpful. Thank you for being open

Spacious and well organized. However, they did not have the book I was looking for.

I love this place. When I published my first novel, I was elated to have my book launch here. The staff, especially Sharon, were extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to make the event a success. The store itself is amazing--like a temple to the written word. They have something for everyone. If you happen to be out at the Greene, stopping here is a must.

Great store; disappointed there is no coffeeshop in or close to the store. Cozy fireplace though...

Pretty large book store. Could be organized better, but I think they went for aesthetics over convenience. Grab some frozen yogurt while youre there.

Books and Co is a great place for all kinds of books but what rally impressed me was their collectable and graphic novel section. Its really fantastic and has things you dont see in most brick and mortar stores. The prices arent horrible. Parking at the Greene is a pain but it isnt worth dinging the store for, its worth the effort to go here.

Its pretty spacious in there and with covid thats definitely a good thing. The service was great, my friend and I were asked if we needed any help finding anything. Additionally the cashier and the rest of the register crew were great talking to!

Has a huge selection of books and book series. Great place to look for any book, no matter how old, or obscure, or even if the series has a lot of books.

The store is spacious with a good supply of books, games, etc. Service was friendly and conscientious of COVID safety measures.

I love this book store. My wife, child, and I love making trips here. There is a yogurt mountain inside that offers frozen yogurt and sherbet. I’d happily give it 5 stars; however, at checkout I was badgered by the cashier. Interacting with him can be likened to a barrage of internet pop-ups. The checkout process took entirely too long as he tried to push promotion after promotion on to me.I’ve purchased other items from this location and didn’t have the same experience. So, I only deducted one star from the review.

This was the first time that I had been in this store, it is located at the Greene Mall. Wife and daughter have been here before.

This place has some exceptional staff. I was browsing the store just now, and this amazing young lady manning the information booth noticed that I was aimless and came up to me so I could ask my question. Now that is stellar attention to detail!

Great deals on used books everything else is a little pricy.

Books & Co is one of the only two story bookstores that I have found near me. They have the newest releases and they even have pick of the month books. They have selected books for teens, children, and young adults. On top of having the newest releases, they also tend to have plenty of classics. The upstairs is just as full as downstairs with board games, puzzles, and figures. You can find movies and series downstairs as well as mugs, journals, and such. My visits have always been pleasant, the staff always extremely kind and willing to help in any way. There was one instance when I was shopping for my cousin off of a giant to read list, the staff lady that assisted me was willing to go through book after book to see if it was on the shelves and then helped me find them as well. Books & Co will forever be one of my favourite places to visit!!

It used to be better when it was located in Town and Country shopping center. I went twice a month at the old location. I have only been there once in their new location.Doesnt feel right. Dont get me wrong, it is a good book store, I just dont like the location now.

I didnt need assistance but after overhearing an employee not ordering something a customer requested, I chose not to purchase anything from here. The store was not crowded and no other person was in the line that would be delayed by helping. Its been awhile since I have been in Books & Co. I doubt that I will return.

Plethora of choices of books! Great environment and very comforting. Theres a yogurt place inside that really helps the relaxing atmosphere. Kinda sucks that its in a busy area but definitely a diamond in the rough.

This is a fantastic bookstore! Its huge! And beautiful! The selection of books is great, the layout is easy to understand with many helpful signs and the employees are nice. Besides books, they have other things like cool shirts, bags, toys and the like. Whoever buys for them has a good grasp of whats hot, whats always hot and an appreciation of the classics, too. They also have Yogurt Mountain in the store, which is a really good add your own toppings yogurt shop.

We were looking for a very special gift and the very awesome young lady who helped us did a great job. We were looking for childrens Spanish books and a cuddly gift. She knew exactly what to show us and she spoke Spanish as well which was amazing.

Excellent selection.

I legitimately love coming here when I have down time. They have a wonderful selection of books, chill staff, they try and keep the place relatively trendy. They have a frozen yogurt shop here which makes for a refreshing treat. The only thing that could be improved is if they could get more comfortable chairs. All in all this place is pretty nice.

This place has always been my go-to in the past for books but not anymore. Everything is overpriced and the toy, accessories and tchotchke section is growing and growing they might as well change their whole stores direction... You also have better luck grabbing a spell book and conjuring and employee than you do finding one.

Just a nice and quiet place to roam and check out everything.

Pros: Huge bookstore, very nice and appealing on the inside. Tons of variety and always some good clearance finds also. I love the smell of books as you walk into the store.Cons: bathrooms are gross. Youd expect them to look a lot nicer considering the rest of the store is beautiful, but they arent nice and they arent clean. Store seems to have removed almost all seating and tables. Used to come here to work in the afternoons, and there were comfy chairs plus plenty of tables on the second floor, but when I went a few weeks ago, most were gone. Would most definitely prefer a coffee shop over frozen yogurt here also.

This is a nice place to go and look for a good book to sit down and read but the guilty little secrets I go in here is for the little yogurts stand thats inside. they have really good yogurt that you can create your own with the with the toppings you want. Then I like to sit down at a table and read my book before I go on my walks. If my review was helpful please like and thank you.

One of my favorite bookstore locations Ive visited. In the heart if The Greene, Books&Co has a countless selection of books, magazines, comics, fun items, and more. It is a beautiful location where you can easily spend an afternoon browsing books and grabbing a seat somewhere in the store.

This book store his big and has very helpful employees. One gentleman named Topher really had a lot of knowledge on authors and style of writing I was looking for.

This store has a very large kids section. My daughters spent an hour here easily, enjoying all the books and toys.

Great service and very helpful staff..even when they dont carry the books you want, helped me lookup other book stores in town. One one carried Japanese Moe Kare books.Thanks had to order on line
