The best shoe experience Ive had ever. The manager, Keenan was awesome at helping me find a pair of running shoes that worked for me. I had to exchange twice to find a pair that didnt hurt. They have earned my business for life!

If I could give more stars I would. Absolutely great service thanks to Danny I believe that is his name! He was wonderful with helping me find a shoe that would work and not trying to sell me on the most expensive ones. He was very knowledgeable about the shoes which was very impressive. If you are looking for a great quality shoe and great service then this is the place to go. Passing by you would think they are pricey but their prices are fair!

Very impressed with the staff, they work hard to understand your needs. The product is also of great quality for the price. The sales they have are often and generous. I have bought my shoes here for the second time and I plan to keep it up as long as they are open.

It sucks I get home mind you I live 30 mins from the store . My son opens his shoe box and there is only one shoe in the box. Now I have take time out and go back to the store to get the other shoe.

I have never in my life had such fantastic customer service at a retailer, and especially at a shoe store! I came in needing good supportive shoes for work and had asked about clogs, low and behold Keenen measured me, grabbed me tons of different options, got me incredible inserts that helped my pronation (something I didnt even bring up. He just noticed it in my walk!), and found me the most comfortable, supportive, and high quality shoes I have ever had - options i didnt even know existed. He was so polite and made great conversation all while listening to every concern and opinion I had about my shoes and my needs for my feet issues. I dont know that I will ever look anywhere else for shoes. My feet and my back feel better than they have in a long time.

Would not recommend to anyone. Their return policy is a scam! Returned shoes the day after purchasing, to be offered only a 45% store credit Will never go there again. Try Roderer Shoe Center on 316 E Stroop Rd Much better deal and nicer staff.

Went into the store looking to make a purchase. After walking around the store for several minutes the worker finally came out from the back on his cell phone. I walked out of the store not purchasing the shoes that I went in there to buy because he couldn’t get off the phone to help me. I am very disappointed with the very poor customer service and will be getting my shoes somewhere else.
