We had never shopped at Omaha Steaks and were greatly surprised. We spoke with the manager was very friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable on her products. She helped us pick a gift that would be appropriate for the recipient, opened the boxes to show us the items and package them up nice and easy. She also told us how to package the items for shipment or travel and even gave us the name of merchants that carried the dry ice we would need.Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for this type of gift for the holidays or for personal use. They have in store specials that are not on the website, and even gave us a discount card on our next return trip.Thank you, Omaha Steaks!

I have purchased Omaha Steaks for my family for many years. No-one has ever been disappointed. I did order the chicken in pastry for myself and was disappointed in the small amount of chicken in the delicious pastry shell I am hoping it was an error not the norm .. Love your meats!!

I made the mistake of giving them my phone number last time I ordered and now they will not stop calling me even after I asked them to stop. On top of that their latest e-mails are misleading when it comes to pricing, which is why I stopped buying from them. They are using unethical tactics and the quality of their products is not what it used to be.If you want customers to come back, offer them good deals and quality products. And for crying out loud, stop calling my phone!

Horrible! 3rd time i had an order an they advised that they ran out of meat and they was not sure when they will get more and no substitution. Running out of 1 item, okay. 4 items out of my summer package? Come Omaha Steaks! Do better.

I bought this as a Christmas gift and when I went to the Beavercreek, OH store in The Greene a week before Christmas to pick it up they very rudely said Is that a Groupon? Well, we dont have any to sell you.The clerk didnt offer any explanation nor did she make any suggestions. After I asked for clarification she just said we MAY have some on December 29!Oh, well there went our surprise gift.So, I was stuck just giving my relatives a piece of paper with the Groupon redemption info on it and they had to go 40 minutes out of their way pick it up themselves in the Columbus OH are at the Polaris store.Very bad business for such a good product. I will probably NEVER buy from them again.

Ohama Steaks is a rip-off. I ordered a Steak and freezer combo. Was told the freezer would be delivered on 12/29/17 and the meat would be delivered on 12/30/17. I hired someone to be there to let the freezer guys in to install the freezer. The freezer never came. They kept bumping my Order back and it was changed 5-6 times. I called the customer service line and got a supervisor who said they could not give me answers until they speak to the 3rd party company who delivers the freezers. I was told I would be called back...I was NOT. I called to following day and they would not even let me speak to a supervisor and I told them if I do not hear back something from a supervisor by end of business then the next day I will cancel my order. I heard NOTHING, from no one. Then I called back today and spoke to a Brea who says she is a supervisor. (She should be fired as she is terrible at her job in customer service.) I asked nicely first for a refund and was told no that the freezer looks like it has been shipped (but not received yet). I said I do not want anything now I just want my refund so I can buy a Freezer from Lowes and go to a local butcher or Kansas steaks. I again was told no and that I would be charged for the freezer if it has been shipped (But not delivered or set up by the tech.) I demanded to speak to her superior and was told NO and that they would call me after they speak to the freezer company to see if I owe them for the freezer which has not been delivered yet. Omaha is a thieving company and not worth ANYONEs time. Worst customer service I have ever encountered and I am currently seeking legal advice to help me recover my money.
