Charged me $30 to put helium in balloons and they didnt even float for 24 hours. Originally told us 15 cents a balloon and then waited until they had started a fighting balloons to tell us that it would be an additional dollar for the helium because they werent purchased in their store and when we said oh we were no longer interested they said it was too late and they couldnt stop.Total con job wont be back.

Though there was an excellent selection, it was difficult to check out. There were no fewer than seven employees at the counter, three of which were standing back, staring at their phones, and only one register open for customers. Once done ringing up the order in front of ours, the young lady working that register, stepped away from the register to look at her phone as well. After waiting as next to be rung up for several minutes, we had to ask if there was an open register, only to receive an eye roll and shrug accompanied by a lackadaisical “uh, yeah, I can get you over here, I guess.” If we weren’t running late already from waiting, we would have taken our business somewhere under better management.

I went to party city to get supplies for an Hawaiian themed party. I was not disappointed. They had plenty of items and it was not expensive.

We were looking for some chocolates that looked like little softballs/baseballs and they had them. Excited to be able to get the final touches to our team snack bags.

Found everything I needed and more! The cashier was very nice, as well. Highly recommend going here.

Went to find water balloons and they had none. Its the middle of summer, and you specialize in parties. Why would you not have water balloons?

Was here to pick up last minute wedding decorations. One of the female clerks was quite rude to a friend, besides that they had what we was looking for. Good place, decent prices could have done without the attitude though.

Wasnt impressed with selection and shelves werent stocked well. So, we picked a theme for our sons birthday party but couldnt find things to go with it because the shelves were almost empty. Now I have to find somewhere else to get party supplies.

The customer service is always terrible here. The waits are always longer than what they should be and its evident the employees dont want to be there. Everything is so much cheaper online and its just not worth it to purchase anything from this establishment.

The selection is good. Some of the staff are pretty forgetful. Short haired girl was very short and rude. Messed up the order and then blamed someone else while we stood there from time of order and pick up. Most of the staff was really nice but you felt very unwelcome there when the girl was working.

This is a great store! Basically, they have just about anything you can think of thats related to parties, and just about any party at that. Trying to throw a cool birthday party for an eight-year-old? Theyve got tons of themes to choose. Do you need something more upscale? Theyve got you covered. About the only things I can think of that they dont have is super-expensive or *really* adult.

This place is amazing. I shopped here for everything I needed for my sons birthday party. It was a minion themed party. They had so many minion themed party things. From plates, cups, balloons, and party favors. They had a huge selection of other themed party accessories as well.The service was amazing. A real friendly woman worked behind the counter. She helped me find a few things we couldnt locate. If you blooming for things for any kind of party this is the place I recommend.

My daughter and I ran in within a half hour of their closing on a Saturday night. They were helpful and friendly and gently let us know when they had closed. Everything was easy to find except for something Id never bought before and they helped.

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. The people I dealt with not only were incompetent but rude on top of it. They forgot one balloon bouquet for my brothers graduation party and we called in order to make sure we were able to get them still and the girl on the phone was hostile. When I went into the store to pick up the balloons they had forgotten to give me, the employees were huddled up together complaining about our phone call, (in front of myself and other customers) and did not even apologize for their incompetence nor their behavior. Will not be returning at any point.

Prices are absolutely outrageous!!! They have a lot of great items, the prices are just way over the top.

So I had bought a costume down the ways at halloween city, it was missing the battery pack so I went back to see about getting one for it, the halloween city employees were a little less than willing to help fix my issue. Like, they wanted to help, but it seemed like only because they HAD to, not that they were super willing to do it. So since I had already previously spoken to a guy at Party city, I went down there to further fix my issue(because its the same company) and the guy who helped me, I believe his name was Brad? Im not sure sure, but anyways, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond what was expected and completely helped me fix my issue with my costume. He was so awesome. All of the other staff at party city was willing to help as well and were pretty great too. But Brad was the bees knees. I will likely not go back to Halloween City due to defective products, but Party City will always have my patronage. Which is weird, same company, but the products over at party city are MUCH higher quality and better priced anyways. Still great though
