Everyone I dealt with were kind and professional. They listened to me about what was wrong and asked lots of questions to pin point the issue. They had the part overnighted and installed the next day. They even apologized for driving some of the gas out while calibrating it. Never had anyone apologize for that before. It was a nice change. The issue seems to be fixed!

Fair, open, and honest dealership. I bought a Nissan Titan from this dealership at a very fair price. Negotiating was a little tough, but you get that anywhere. Superb! Went in for service. First 4 I was told would be free. I just had my 3rd free servicing. I was met right away at my car as I pulled up to the service bay. I asked that the inside of my windshield be cleaned. Looks amazing now. Given a complimentary car wash too. I own a 2020 Nissan Altima SR, and I love my car. They do a full inspection. Very pleased.

I have used this repair shop several times over the past 5 years for my 2007 Nissan Altima. With the most recent issue I just had the car towed directly to the shop. The issue was with the alternator. I had the altenator replaced 4 years ago by this shop and the cost was under $700. When the called me after the diagnosis it was $1850 for the battery cables and alternator. The labor alone was more than my last repair. I was considering going elsewhere but the diagnostics was about $300. I was expecting it to be around $100 like my previous visits. Then after a few days they called back and said there was some corrosion and it would be an additional $500. By this time I needed the car back and just said to do it. It took several days to get the parts in in total my car was in the shop for a week. When I got my bill there was an additional $130. They did remove that when I questioned it. I do think the work they do is very good and have been very satisfied with the end results. This time the cost of doing the same work 4 years ago was more than doubled. I felt like I was severely over charged and with the non refundable diagnostics I felt like I had no other choice other than to have the shop complete the work. Again my other experiences were great but after this last visit I will not be coming back.

Bought my Toyota from here two years ago. I have taken it for repairs under warranty at location and it was never a problem. Issues occurred today and as trying to set up an appointment the lady told me they changed their policy and no longer service that make of vehicle. Some heads up would have been nice, knowing I purchased my car from here and they will no longer service it is pretty low in my book.

Friend of mine told me she was was charged $140 for her engine air filter & Cabin air filter replacements. They charged over $60 in labor. They brought it out to show her how dirty they were (Took them 3 minutes to take it out to show her to convince her it needed to be changed) - Yet it required an hour of labor to put in back in? Looking up the filter replacements on youtube showed it takes less than 1 minute to swap out the filters.I would absolutely not recommend taking your car here for any maintenance. You can find the filters at your local parts store of $15(OEM standards) a piece. My friend is a female and it is disgusting how you took advantage of her lack of car knowledge.I asked for a quote with a nearby repair shop - They said that would be $70.00 - Less than half of this dealership charged.On her work receipt you wrote Thank you for being a Jeff Schmitt customer - Well not anymore Jeff.

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2021 Nissan Sentra this past Friday. Ive had bad luck with cars in the past and I commute 40 minutes to work, so my main goal going in was good gas mileage, low miles already on the car, and affordable. I purchased a Nissan Rouge 2019 model in Columbus Ohio, I had a warning light that had come on the dash for AWD warning. I called the dealership in Columbus where I purchased the vehicle the told me the best thing to do was take it to a local dealer . I called Jeff Schmitt (closest) Nissan dealership. After I signed the paperwork for service for diagnosis and agreed to a minimum charge of 130.00.Mind you I purchased a extended warranty plus the manufacture warranty was still good. They came back and said the repair I needed was from some type of road damage it hat cut the wiring in the rear housing . The repair would not be covered under warranty. The repair cost would be around 1700. dollars. I told them to pull the car out I wanted to go somewhere else. I took it to a mechanic friend/owner of a business he fixed it for 40. 00 . He repaired the wiring. This business is a disgrace and the only skills they have is changing oil or tire rotation !

Last week I called in to Jeff Schmitt Nissan to get a quote on replacing the ECU on my Pathfinder. I was told of course they needed to inspect it despite my insistence the ECU was to blame. After a day they contacted me to inform me I needed a fuel pump replaced. We agreed and the repair was quickly done in two days.However, upon arriving I was told by my repair associate Alyx that they had test driven the car, mentioned the ECU would be to blame if symptoms persist, and insisted that my vehicle was running well. I paid and received my key, went to the car, drove out the lot and up to about 25 MPH before the check engine light was back on. I returned, waited 20 minutes for them to check on it and was told the ECU needed replaced. I asked for a refund or price adjustment to no avail. Im livid.Had anyone actually test driven my car the light wouldve come on immediately. I didnt have to stress the engine to get the light on, and Im sure they knew this too. They overcharged me at $1760 for a fuel pump and transmission flush. You will get ripped off here. Jeff Schmitts collection of dealerships do not deserve your business, your money, or your time. Look elsewhere.

Service was fine-getting notified that parts for a 2019 were not in stock was surprising so had to leave car over rholiday weekend. Was disappointed in the Sentra that was given as rental car to replace my Maxima. It is a low grade car & previous users paperwork with all his personal information was left in the car. Next time I expect an equivalent rental to what I drop off.

My thanks to Jim Parker for an exemplary purchasing experience. Coming from out of state to buy a new car, I didn’t know exactly what was going to happen on his turf! He did a good job being an advocate for me over text and phone and his advice was right on target. Also, I was impressed with his knowledge of the LEAF being an outlying conveyance paradigm. On July 5th I brought my 2009 Nissan Murano in to have it serviced for a future road trip. Alyx was my maintenance contact, and we went through what I wanted done. Alyx stated that they would do a complete check and do what was needed and nothing unnecessary to help me save on cost. Alyx had greatly impressed me at that point, considering the horror stories I have heard about dealer maintenance shops gouging customers with unnecessary repairs. Alyxs attention and professionalism to the customer was top notch. I then received my courtesy vehicle, a 2021 Nissan Murano SL. I had expected some used older vehicle so once again I was highly impressed with the treatment I was receiving. After having drove around in the courtesy vehicle I liked it so much I went back the next day to look at the purchase of a new Murano. Caleb Keseday was the salesman I worked with. After spending a couple of hours with Caleb I ended up making the purchase. Caleb took the time to walk me through all features of my new vehicle, helped me download the app and link everything to my phone. Once again, I was highly impressed with the professional and personal touch with which I was treated. Myself, having worked for a large logistics corporation based on the foundation of world class service to the customer, can say that I was treated with world class service from the maintenance shop staff to the sales representative of Jeff Schmitt Nissan. I will recommend Jeff Schmitt to all of my friends looking for honest, top-notch maintenance staff, and exceptional sales staff.
I bought a car back in December and I had a great experience in my purchase. I was 100% sure that I was told I would receive free oil changes until my car reached certain number of miles or a or time until I reached it!! Great I set my appointment for today, I get there at 10:30, my appointment was around that time I was told to bring proof of insurance for a loaner and I did. After I get there I was sat in the waiting area and was told that my car needed a brake fluid flush, new tires in addition to a break in my windshield wiper fluid that was broke when I got the car. I sat and was there for two hours then was offered a loaner while they searched for a part to fix my wiper fluid connection. I was dumbfounded and was told it would be $140 and I was just shocked that this was going to be my financial responsibility. I will be going elsewhere for my oil changes and any repairs from now on 2:30 hours and $66 wasted with services offered!!! No thank you

I bought my Altima from Matt Castrucci Nissan but Ive made it a point to make the 45 minute drive to Jeff Schmidt Nissan if I need anything. The outrageous and absolutely disgusting service at Matt Castrucci made me swear to never buy another Nissan but this dealership has changed my mind.The service staff at Jeff Schmidt have only one goal - complete customer satisfaction and they do a great job at it. I really needed to upgrade to get ready for my baby’s arrival. But with becoming a new mom I also had to stick in a certain budget. He pulled the Nissan Maxima I was interested in out, and went over every detail! That was impressive!!! I’ve never had a car salesman do that before. He even called and checked in with me a few days later to make sure I was happy with my new car. Mario the sales manager was also amazing! He definitely went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my trade, and he made sure I got an affordable payment. He was very professional, and friendly throughout the entire process as well! Rob Terrill in the Finance Dept. Was hands down the coolest, most genuine dude ever! He was very professional and got us an awesome rate. It had been a very stressful week, but after meeting Rob we were definitely reminded that there are still a few good people left in this world! We liked him so much!!! We had such a good time while closing the deal and sharing conversation and laughs, my husband exchanged phone numbers with him. We not only got a new car that day, we also made a new friend! Great service and sales people dont pressure you. I knew what I wanted and they gave me a newer year then what I had seen online. Price was lower too. I recommend Jeff Schmidt to everyone for a great deal.
