If youre thinking about getting a job there dont. Place is a joke working wise. i filled out an application at Funky Plus in the Dayton mall and they were full so Nirvana called and asked if i wanted to come in for an interview at their location. I did, the girl said shed call me back for a second interview. Never did, some other lady did and then was like oh sorry wrong person. I had been waiting a week then. Next the previous lady called me and asked if i could work tomorrow, asking if i was free or not. I had to call my second job to make sure i wasnt scheduled, which i wasnt. The lady then said shed call me back in an hour. It took 3 days, and i had to call her back. They kept playing with my time for about a month. Id definitely give zero stars if i could. If youre thinking about going here might as well go to Funky Plus, they have the same stuff, bigger location and the employees are way more down to earth.

I usually go to Miracle Eyebrows for eyebrow threading, but after reading a good review for this shop, I tried it out. It was less expensive than Miracle Eyebrows by a few dollars, and the lady who did my eyebrows was friendly and made sure to ask my preferences, checking to make sure I liked her work. Not only that, but even with 3 people ahead of me, the wait was short. That could have been the time of day (early afternoon on a weekday), and it was only my first time there, but I was satisfied with my visit. I will definitely go back.

I was excited to find a dress I loved. I wasnt so excited when I noticed it unraveling less than a week later. I had already worn the dress to a wedding and didnt notice the unraveling until later. I brought the dress back less than a week after I made the purchase and was told to come back in three days when the manager was there. I came back and showed the manager the unraveling. She told me because it was worn that they could not exchange it. She called the owner and they gave me 20% off on another dress of the same price. I went to look at the dresses and noticed lots of threads unraveling. I showed the manager so they would be aware that their manufacturer appeared to be sending them subpar merchandise. I was brushed off and told that they have been selling those dresses for years and never had a complaint. I was just trying to help. I did not feel like they cared and I felt brushed off. It was very poor customer service and I now have a $50 dress that might fall apart at any time.

Now is Burlap and Birch. Just our style and very friendly. Great for gifts.

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE!!!!!!!! My right eyebrow is thicker than my left one when I pointed it out to the lady she acted like it wasn’t her problem!! She is HORRIBLE!!!

Love that place one of the employees names Sydney is always very nice and helpful when Im looking for anything from knifes to glass pieces, all the way to incense.

Dont get eyebrows threaded here. She turned my beautiful fluffy arches into skimpy bean lines and all I asked for was a clean up....so mad...and bald

The lady who works here most the time should probably focus more on customers than her cell phone. She acted like I really inconvenienced her when I asked to see something in a case. I prob would of bought more if she wasnt so rude.

I had been double charged the mall is a hour drive away I work a management position a full time job and said they could not do anything over the phone and that I would have to bring a bank statement to show even tho the day I was charged I told them instantly in the store the lady said oh her bad and said she fixed it still charged and down 40$ do not go here go to treasure it’s a better store
