First service person sent out did not repair door to proper working order so I had to call them and send out a second service person who replaced stripped out parts that the first person did not replace to get the door to work properly. Tried several times to call the first service person to get a follow up after he left and he would not answer his phone. Ended up being billed twice for the labor. Once for the first time it wasnt fixed properly and again for the return visit. Unlikely to do business with them again.
