My experience with Jesse was more than excellent, even though we had a issue transferring my number from AT&T to Sprint he called every resource that he had and worked on the problem for more than 5 HOURS. Trying his absolute best to not lose my number after having it for 60 years. I recommend ANYONE who needs assistance with T-mobile, he is an excellent representation of the company. Thank you again!!
Came in to Sprint store with an activation issue that the Apple store should have real performed when I purchased an Iphone 11 for my son. Make a long story short, Jesse was more than helpful and immediately assisted me and solved the problem. He was very professional and supportive of my issue. I want to commend Jesse and consider him a valued Sprint employee. Thank you and I look forward to working with you again if the opportunity arises.

He was very patient, and I appreciate the time and effort he put in to helping my family find what worked best for us. He was very knowledgeable and I felt very confident in our decisions.

Trent is a WONDERFUL manager of this store! He helps me with any questions or problems when it comes to my cell phone plan, and is also incredibly professional. Ive been to other Sprint stores in the past and its nothing like the store at the Greene. The store is also very clean!
When I entered this store there was only one employee present. He was working patiently with a couple and processing their many requests. As I waited, multiple people entered to be waited upon. Trey Woodard, the lone associate working, was amazingly courteous and patient. He completed his extensive transaction with this initial couple and began working with me processing my transition from my old phone to my new one. Some of my data wouldnt transfer phones, so he tried different methods of completing the switch. During this process several people interjected hoping their requests could be managed simultaneously along with mine. Trey was a superhero! He graciously attempted to help everyone as quickly, yet completely as possible. I was stressed just watching all these people come at him with requests. He calmly smiled and did everything he could to keep everyone happy. This guy deserves a promotion!! (One fellow even popped back in with a coffee for him saying, Hey, being here all by yourself, I think you might need this. Its iced coffee, milk and cocoa. Hope it helps.) Trey, youre a true gentleman!
If I could give this location a 0 I absolutely would! TERRIBLE customer service, did not resolve an issue THEY created on our account resulting in a overcharge of $170, and continued to make assurances and promises that were NEVER kept nor even noted on the account. No clue how the store manager Trent and district manager Camillio are even employed. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE to run as fast as you can from this location!
I had an amazing experience here when I came in to upgrade my phone. Nora is amazing she answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I will always come to this location to have her help me!

This is a third-party reseller, not a corporate store.If you are a Sprint customer, go elsewhere for anything you need done. I visited this store on four occasions between the 4th and 14th of July in attempt to get my account set up properly. In no particular order:- Trent sold me on a bill of goods, blithely promising that my phone plan would cost approximately $85 a month for unlimited data. The first bill came in at $175, and when I went to a corporate-owned store, the manager at that location revealed that I had been signed up for the wrong unlimited plan and that it would have never cost less than $160 despite repeated assurances that the bill would be lower. Even so, I cant get my monthly bill under $135. Still $50 above what I expected to pay.- Trent also neglected to inform me that the price on the cell phone plans would increase after 12 months - while the unsuspecting customer signs an 18 month phone lease. He did so in an attempt to sell me on additional free lines. Not good. Those lines would cost me $20 a month each after 12 months. Also something the corporate store employees told me.- On the third (out of four attempts) to get my phones ported over properly, the employee on duty at the time managed to disconnect the phone number entirely, losing an out of state phone number Id had for 20 years.- This caused me to waste four out of the past 10 days trying to get everything resolved; only to still be spending $50 a month more than I originally planned on spending.In short: go to a corporate-owned store to get your issues worked out. I was able to untangle all of this mess in less than an hour when visiting the corporate Sprint store located at the corner of Woodman and Dorothy.
I had to reactivate a new phone from my old device and switch everything over, Amber and Bobb were very helpful and customer service oriented. They spent over 2 hours helping me transfer all my information from my old device. Excellent service!
If I could give this store a zero I would, my husband turned in his phone because of how badly it was cracked and he upgraded the warehouse never got the phone and this store has no record of us turning the phone in and TRENT the manager was no help he blames his employees that don’t work there anymore and told ur to pretty much suck it up and pay the 320 because it was less than the damage fees would have been. He refused to give me his bosses number and was very rude, mind u I’m 7 months pregnant so my patients Is already thin he was so rude to us and almost got cussed out I plan on calling and finding out his boss or calling customer care because he does not need to work in customer service at all smh
I came to update my phone and Trent was great! He had me in and out in less than an hour when he knew I was on a time crunch before leaving for a big trip.
Went to the store last week with my boyfriend not expecting to have an upgrade and completely change the contract I was in but I was able to do all of that and also have my boyfriend added to mine. We were able to save money and get brand new phones! What more can you ask for? We received EXCELLENT customer service from Dustin M. He answered any questions we had and was patient the whole time. We had many conversations and over all the service was great. Thanks Sprint! Definitely hire more people like Dustin!

A terrible store backed up by a terrible company. The store activated two new phones and new service for me on January 27, 2016. On the 30th of Jan. I made a payment, in good faith, of $126.80 while setting up the online account. I was told I had fourteen days to decide if Sprint was right for me, it was not. I returned the phones and cancelled the service in six days (Feb. 04, 2017). I was not refunded the activation fees or my first month payment at the store. I was informed that the company would return those monies. As I sit here writing this (Feb. 23, 2017), I have been informed that my activation fees will not be refunded and I must wait until the billing cycle ends to receive my payment back. I have spoken with the company twice before today and was told each time that I would be contacted to expedite my refund; however, they have not contacted me at all. Pass this company up if you need phones.
I have seen great changes at this location and am happy to have it be my go-to store again. Incredible customer service.

Used Verizon for a longtime after that ATT, the sales rep Donald B was stellar very honest and hardworking cant remember the gentlemans name who was greeting us while waiting on Donald but very knowledgeable and friendly. Love my new phone used to had the galaxy but the V40thinq is awesome. You dont meet very many sales reps that are efficient and knowledgeable being in customer service myself these two gentleman went above and beyond. It was 9:15 at night before we left the store in Beavercreek and a Saturday night as well. Did not get rushed or asked to come back clearly not just a paycheck to these hardworkers! Looking forward to have a great relationship with Sprint! Great plans and great phones already saving bt about $100 bucks for 3 smart phones unlimited talk text and data! Thank you Sprint will recommend to others! THIS STORE IS IN BEAVERCREEK NOT THE GREENS

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SPRINT! I just joined sprint and I am entirely DISAPPOINTED with their customer service. I had way better treatment from metro smh. When I bought my phone and screen protector I was told by my sales rep that the tempered glass I spent over $50 for was not the most popular because it does not fit right, decreases the sensitivity of the screen entirely and cracks easily. Well he was right this protector sucked. I had to type really hard to effectively type, it cracked WAY TOO EASILY and moved around on my screen and collected dust. It finally shattered and I took it off. I tried to register it online for the free replacement but didnt have the code i needed that was on the packaging because the rep did not give it to me after he applied it onto my phone. When I bought it my rep told me that if it didnt work out with it he would replace it with liquid glass or something else for free. I called in today to see what they could do and the rep (Bob) was not friendly and had a theres not much I can do to help you attitude. His exact words were well Im sorry that rep doesnt work here anymore and I cant do that (keep in mind I never told him the reps name that sold me my phone so how does he just assume he doesnt work there anymore smh) he said well I can give you the same screen protector or liquid glass for a discount but I cant do it for free the way the last rep told me he would. If I had known this I would have bought my accessories elsewhere!!! Im so irritated at this. Regretting taking my business to this particular sprint. There is one right down the street that is corporate and not franchise and way friendlier!!! Go there!
Make sure you get every thing in writing because by the time you get your first bill and see actual charges its too late to cancel. Impossible to talk to anyone who seems to know plan costs and they are not responsive to concerns. Go elsewhere to mobile plans.
I’ve been a sprint customer for nearly 20 years and just received the worst customer service ever. I came in to get help activating my new Apple Watch and move the old one to a new line we just added. The rep said I could just do it myself and dismissed any question I had until I finally left the store.
Marcus Woodard was my Sales Associate, and I could not be any happier. The gentleman was very patient and worked extremely hard to get me what I wanted. I recommend if you go to this location, you definitely ask for him.
Quite possibly the worst sprint store I have ever been to. I would HIGHLY advise you choose a different sprint location in the area. Plain and simple, do not go here. Youll regret it later.

Sales rep ordered the wrong phone. Two weeks later when we went to pick it up and figured this out, another rep had already activated it before making sure it was the right one, then took two more weeks just to ship it back to the warehouse so that the right phone could be sent in its place.In short, I got stuck in limbo, paying for my contract, for over a month, without the phone Id contracted for. All along, their reps would not allow me to cancel the order, gave me the run around, hung up on me, would not allow me to speak to a manager - told me to call back between 12-1pm to reach her... What kind of store manager, who handles all shipping and receiving issues, is only available for one hour a day? Reps repeatedly state there is no area manager, and that the store is a franchise owned by Mark Bleaks.Mark Bleaks apparently doesnt give a stitch about customer service; this store is run by kids with no integrity or accountability.
Bought a Samsung 7 with a free tablet, service was stable until the manager left the Dorthoy lane store and since then have had to go thru different managers and my bill never stays the same, its alaways double what my contract says, so not only dealing with that, last month paid my bill with a credit card and they put it on someones elses account, having alot of trouble getting this resolved and my bill and payments correct, will never deal with Sprint again and highly recommend no one ever deals with them either..My credit is good and they are trying to ruin it by their mistakes..Have a lawyer on hand..
The retailer that helped my family and I Ben Szymanski was anazing ! He helped us switch our plans from AT&T which is horrible by the way! But anyways we sent a lot of time in the store and he was very patient with us and had GREAT customer service thank you sprit and Ben 😆
This store has been terrible. A nightmare to say the least. We went in to get a mifi and add 24 G to our plan. We dont normally use this store but we were close so we thought wed stop in. We had great service at the Springfield store so we figured at least that good here. Wow! Were we wrong. Our first experience was ok. We ordered and quickly left. The problem came when we never received the mifi and we never had the 24G upgrade to our phones. After many phone calls it was FEDEX to us but only after we went back to the store to find out the order had not been placed. (We initially dealt with the store manager. Not good when the store manager messes up the order and a new employee is the one that repairs the managers mistakes). Then my husband asked repetitively whether or not the mifi would be able to use the entire 24G or just 3 like our phones can when in hotspot mode. He was assured it was able to access the entirety of out data. Well, nope. Today is the day we got 3G and our mifi is dead. We didnt get this to use most of it on our phones. We expressed our plan to the staff. This store is really incompetent. We really thought at the Greene we would get a different caliber of service. Nope. Back to Springfield for us. They at least knew their product and could fulfill an order.

This company, Mobile Center Inc, does not pay there employees commission correctly or on time. Every month the commission check is either the wrong amount or does not arrive until a week or two later, still to be the wrong amount. All employees there have still not been paid properly. There were originally seven employees including the manager that re-opened the store in October of last year and only three remain.
