Went to pick up my daughter’s birthday cake today. They claim they have no record of the order. Even with a picture of the order number, all we got was an “oops sorry”. He offered to write on an already made cake that was a fraction of the size of the one I ordered. So now here we are, on my child’s birthday, with family and friends on the way here from out of town, and NO CAKE! I’m honestly so disappointed, because I have ordered cakes from here before with no issues. Never again.
Consistently the rudest employees I come into contact with at Kroger. The customer service desk (4 times running) is bothered that I need help and treats me like an inconvenience. I tried to self serve by using their app and website to find the aisle for the product I was looking for and they come off as frustrated, whether they mean to or not. The Kroger on Dorothy Lane has excellent service and I have never been treated that way there.
Always come here to shop. Love this one out of the others close by in the area this ones my go to. Last time I was there though an employee was laying on the ground but talking and moving her head no one would let anyone get near her or help her and ambulance and firemen came my kids were scared and like traumatized they keep talking about it. Lol that was a first
One of Beavercreeks main grocery stores along with Meijer. Always well stocked and lots of variety.
This Kroger remains my favorite in the area. I will go out of my way to visit this one even when it isnt closest. It has a great selection and great staff. I worked here years ago, and most of the people working there really honestly want to help customers walk out with the best food at the best price possible. As an employer, they worked around my school schedule pretty well. I couldnt have made it through my degree without that job.
I always go to this store but I am extremely disgusted on how I was dismissed and racially profiled while asking for help to scan a coupon (a kroger coupon) that would not scan and the short red hair older lady who works there would not help me because she assumed I was trying to use foodstamp and hurriedly walked away. I dont know how she can assume that when she never asked or looked at what was in my hand as to why I needed her help and just looked at my skin color to make that determination. Really disgusted
Always enjoy going to the larger stores/Market places to get more of a variety of produce and food most other Krogers dont carry anymore!!!!!
Talked to 4 different employees and they were all extremely friendly! Definitely will be going here more often!
This Krogers pharmacy is the worst..... Long lines, prescription is never ready on time. Horrible service.... If they dont like working there they should quit! Must be poor management.,..smh
I stop by this Kroger’s every now and then when we’re visiting Shoup Park down the street. I feel like this location can get quite busy. I guess I’m going there at the wrong time. But they’ve always had what I need. I find the same section I’ve come to expect from any Kroger. Thumbs up!
Kroger is my go to place for food to begin with. I like to go to this one when Im in the area because its big and has a lot of things that other Krogers dont have. I dont buy any of the deli meats here though. Theyve got their own, different system for slicing than the other stores. Otherwise, I really like this particular store. Ill like it even better when they start stocking the bulk food section.
Went there yesterday and the produce was disgusting. There were rotting onions and tomatoes still sitting out and fruit flies all over the produce. I also bought a loaf of bread and noticed when I got home that it expired on the 16th. This place has gone downhill and sadly yesterday was my last trip there.
I was having a good day, a GREAT DAY. I just learned my candidate won the election. I decided heck, I’m getting a nice steak today. I went into Kroger with my dude and we were roll up to the meat counter and were greeted with a very warm and welcoming presence. Brandon is a Legend. Knows what he’s doing. If you want some great meats don’t even bother with other stores. Drive to the beavercreek Kroger and ask for Brandon, this dude will not only make you feel like he’s known you for 20 years but will treat you that way. Brandon 2024
Good variety. Usually pretty busy. Quality food.
Do not get a prescription filled had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes and itwas called in 5 hours earlier. This was a Tuesday evening. I always seea long line at the pharmacy.
Great place to shop, have good sales and friendly people. Also I can find about anything I need to go in one of recipes. Especially for holidays.
Nice star but its too large Id rather go to a Walmart where they have everything this place just has food and some selected little Gummy guy items Id rather just go to Walmart and have the selection of everything and a selection of quality items and not have to pay the marked up prices for the for the union wages they have to pay their employees kind of unfair how they treat the customers we have to pay more and theyre not treating their employees very well and theyre in a union and they have to pay fees and its just Krogers is just passing on bad service to their employees and bad service to their customers because we got to pay marked up prices for them paying them lower wages Walmarts my answer
One of the best Kroger’s in the area always friendly staff, very clean good variety.
Saw a hot guy working he came out and gave me my food amazing time
2x now I have waited for an hour for my click list order. I love click list when it works but an hour is not ok. We I called to check on how much longer both the click list employee and manager were not helpful or apologetic. Not to mention I have received rotten fruit and brown veggies on more than one occasion.
Store closes at 11pm1050 there is a lady guarding the door, I asked what time do you close she says 11. I reply it’s 10 till she said I know were closed now. No customer service skills what so ever.
Have shopped here for years but since youve decided to emulate Meijers but with high prices, Ill just shop at Meijers. Your selection has cratered, your produce is overpriced and less than desirable, your staff crowds the aisles shopping for those curbside customers and are rude to those of us who prefer to do our own shopping. What is wrong with you guys?
Real good great deli, seafood workers! Met some great customers!I did upset a man, see he was more interested in his cell phone than managing his groceries at the check out . I thanked him for not placing a divider on the rubber checkout mat . So he had to raise his voice to tell me he was on the phone, several times. So when he finished and started leave I expressed for him to have a happy new year. C
Waited in line for an hour to pick up my groceries through click list. Figured this option would save me time since you order in advance, apparently I was wrong!! 😡😡😡Greg however was very nice but appeared to be only person working in the entire store.
Love Kroger!!! No matter which store I visit, Im always greeted by friendly people who are glad to help me. Would like to especially acknowledge the deli workers for their patients in taking care of me, they are my favorites. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank ALL the Kroger employees for doing such a GREAT job. Because of them I always look forward to my shopping days. 💖💕💖💕💖💕
Very friendly service. Cahsier Kalie was wonderful and welcoming, I felt she went out of her way to make everyones day better. Good job Kalie
They have an amazing huge Kroger. I’m from a small town in Michigan so I’ve never seen one of these. This place has it all. I think they give military discount too. Everyone is nice here. The entrance is cool too. Good way to deal with snowy shopping carts.
I have never had a complaint about this store until today. Im still shocked that I stood in line for 15 minutes behind 1 person who was having a problem checking out. Not 1 person said this may take a minute so you might want to change lanes. Not 1 person apologized for making me wait. I kept my cool till the smug customer service rep stood looking at me like I was speaking Martian.
No words.
I like this store - its a huge grocery with lots of other things, too. They also have a lot of food made there ready to eat like sushi, artisan pizza, Chinese and Mexican street food and more. They have a great salad bar with several soups, too. They have a nice seating area where you can eat your hot food after youve bought it. You can get wine and sit around at the bar or take it to drink while you do your shopping. Theres also a Starbucks inside.
Its always clean and well stocked. The sushi and chicken options for lunch is pretty good, too.
This is a really Nice Kroger. Its my second favorite Kroger in the area. All the staff are nice and remember me. Store is always clean and stocked most the time. Its big enough to have most things, but snack enough that it doesnt feel like you walked a 5k to get your items. Fruits and veggies airways look great. They also have the free fruit snacks for the kids.
Overall a good place for most everything youll need. Recently reorganized some of the aisles which has made navigating rather difficult. Produce is usually in good condition and well stocked. Excellent cheese selection. Beer and wine selection is typical for what you would expect. Sometimes you get some surprising finds. Unusual stocking times though. Frequently see them stocking shelves during peak weekend times. This makes it difficult to get through some aisles. Overall its a good grocery store, especially if you live close by.
Absolutely amazing customer service by Alex. I had an issue with my fuel points and he was quick to help me get it taken care of.
Really clean store, great selection. They have a wine bar, Starbucks, and Fred Meyer jewelers inside the store. They also have a fresh made sushi counter (person behind the counter making them fresh) and it is actually really good! They have really good prices and have never been sold out of an item I needed.
If this Kroger was closer I would come here every time I needed a loaf of bread and milk or if I needed to get stuff for the next big holiday. The store is large and well stocked for the most part. I couldnt find a particular cut of beef in the coolers so I asked a meat dept staff if they had any in the back, he asked me how much I needed, and then proceeded to cut the meat fresh! I am very satisfied with my service and experience here.
Hard to find an employee willing to help. If you get one to look at you, they are new and dont know where anything is. After working 10+ years in grocery business, I have a clear understanding of customer service...they dont have it. With that said, there ARE a few that are exceptions. I hope you find them when you want assistance. Otherwise, meat prices are really high, so I buy that elsewhere. Produce, dairy and deli are up to par. Grocery shelves look like they are going out of business, EMPTY! Whom ever is ordering product for frozen and grocery needs training. Sry, more than you needed to know, but you asked!
This is an overwhelming place. Think of your normal Kroger store, except on steroids. If you cant find it in here, it probably isnt available. Despite having everything under the sun, the great Kroger prices are still in effect, the same as any other Kroger store. This store is extremely clean, and even on a Tuesday afternoon the shelves were well stocked, as opposed to a competitors mega store that I had just left.
I have been doing click list at Beavercreek Kroger for over one year and have loved it. The last three visits I’ve waited over one hour!!! With a one year old which is why I do it in the first place. I’ve talked to management but this keeps happening. I’m not going to keep paying extra for the inconvenience.
Best grocery store
Needed special assistance in floral as I wanted to buy flowers for my wife. She traveled and had to spend the night at the Chicago airport, as her flight was cancelled. Since she was schedule to go right out of town the next day, I did not want to spend to much on flowers that she would only likely have for one day. She kindly found a beautiful bouquet of flowers on for a very reasonable price (in fact it was on sale) that has a good chance of staying until she gets back later this weekend. She made sure not to forget my Kroger points card so that I could get the gas points discount. When I mentioned to her that I never was able to collect on the gas points for some reason, she mentioned that it might be a good idea to change my phone number. When I told her that I have changed it a number for times (for business reasons), she asked if I had updated my Kroger card with the new number and the light bulb went off immediately. Thank you so much to Jennifer Morris for the exemplary service. Above and beyond my expectations. In your debt (literally),Vincent Urban Otto
Great place to shop. Nice employees and great atmosphere, and much better selection. I shop here vs commisary because they do a great job and are not subsidized to the tune of 1.5billion per year. Prices are close, service is better and when you consider the subsidy it is the right decision...remember there is literally no free lunch, someone is paying. That subsidy is growing our debt and it is a big deal. I shop and vote with my dollars where it is sustainable and beneficial to our local economy.
Always not sold out of any items Im looking for. The staff has always been pleasent. Prices, in my opinion, are always fair and a lot of items are always on sale. Only drawback is parking is always 3/4 full and takes awhile to park. Obviously, not there fault. Always a safe, nice, calm experience to go. Theres also dining options on the other side of the parking lot. Subs, pizza,Chinese, Mexican, and smoothies to choose from.
Today as I was checking out onResgister#15. This cashier was fast, to get me out. I had to help bag my own groceries, he helped. Every other register had someone to bag. Not fair
Good grocery store... Rates are good. You will find fresh green vegetables fruits.
There is such thing as too much of a good thing. This Kroger is huge. You can buy clothing, furniture, basically anything you want here. Its awful. Its bigger than Walmart and Meijer. So you go in for a couple things and basically end up just wandering around, asking people that work there where to find everything because its too big to just run in for a couple of things. Worse, its always packed with people. Its basically a nightmare, unless you love waiting in a queue to get to the asparagus.I gave it three stars because their pick up option is top notch. You can get all the benefits of the gigantic Kroger without ever going inside. God bless the shoppers that pick out my stuff, then put it in my car.
This location has a fantastic wide selection of food and household goods. Sushi bar at the deli and great cheese selection as well as many cold salad bar foods to choose from!
Absolutely Fantastic! Great selection, courteous and very helpful staff and pleasant atmosphere. It is definitely my new weekly food shopping stop!!! 😊
They have a little bit of everything. They also give out a lot of samples. They have a really nice deli and bakery and the produce choices are great. It does get crowded, especially around five o clock. Great place to shop.
Great layout and convenient but lately they have been out of a lot of items so having trouble staying stocked. What they do have, is often in bad condition mostly in produce. Almost every apple was brused and in the huge display of adorb oranges, 3/4 of the bags were bad. They are constantly changing the location of items. Even though I dont mind, most times I have to bag my own groceries. The other day I had to swipe my credit card 7 times because they were updating the readers during their busiest time. Its a great store to shop, just has some improvments needed.
Excellent grocery super store. Fresh produce. Nice fish and meat shop. Good deli.
I love how big the grocery store is. They have an amzing variety of foods. Several bars to choose from, salad, hot foods, olive bar and more. They even have sushi which you can watch them make.
Good Service and clean environment
I hate the way this store is set up. Really hard to find anything. I had several people asking me where things were, and I dont even work there. The prices seemed higher than the other krogers too!! Really nice and polite employees though!
Great deals on several different items (that Im not looking for). Good produce, meat, sooshee and many other non ad products
While its attractive, they cant seem to decide on a floor design. Theyre CONSTANTLY moving things and remodeling which invariably leads to more customer confusion and fewer name brand products on the shelves. Similar items are never near each other any more. Kroger has been a lifelong grocer for me, and used to be my 100% grocery store, but with their dropping of brands and items, constant change and fewer selections, they have become my 65% store.
Great friendly staff!
This is one of my favorite Kroger locations. Staff is always friendly and helpful, items are easy to locate, and its clean.
Great store great staff! Had several staff say hi as I walked down the isles and when I couldnt find the yogurt I had problem finding someone to help. Wish my Kroger in TN was like this store.
I thought I would give Kroger one more chance to get their act together with the pickup service. In line for an hour again today for a noon pickup. Youd think theyd have it figured out after 2 months during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ive used Walmart and never waited, so I will shop there going forward.
Easily one of my favorite marketplaces. I love getting dinner at the deli!
Today was very unusually busy, due to the holiday. It gets harder and harder to get through the aisles there as they seem to always be stocking and those large carts used by the staff shopping for pick-up orders are always blocking the shelves. Today most of the checkout lanes were open, but only a few had baggers which made the lines without one slow. Other than those occasional annoyances, I prefer shopping at Kroger to other stores.
This Super Kroger is in a convenient location in Beavercreek. The building is laid out well and is kept clean. The employees I have encountered have been helpful and friendly. I love the fresh sushi, the wide variety of cheeses, and the wine that is provided. I have even bought gifts for friends and family there since this Kroger has a home and clothing section. I recommend a Kroger rewards card if you do not have one and you plan to shop there - a very easy process. The money saving perk with the rewards card at their gast station is nice too.
Always love coming to the Marketplace. Great selection and cheap prices. Where can you go wrong with that.
Its the BEST Kroger by far. Love the employees- they are friendly and remember you! Its always clean, neat and I appreciate that!
Its predictable in savings, Ive liked Kroger for a long time. Theres certain things I cant find there but thats the same anywhere you go. Ive never had any issues with the staff, very professional. I only wish the deli made the ingredients for the premade food they serve a little more accessible.
I love this Kroger. Im glad theres a Kroger Marketplace not far from me. But I feel like I could come here the day after the earth exploded and thered still be three people waiting at the deli counter. There isnt much to complain about with this Kroger, but the deli always seems to have a line.
Ive had to return food items that I bought on the clicklist twice. Both times the customer service representative was so nice and refunded my money quickly with no problems. The store is everything you could ask for. Great place to shop.
I shop here several times a week and its an amazing grocery store with a ton of variety and good prices. I enjoy shopping with kroger.
This is where we do 75% of our grocery shopping, the prices are great, plus you meet new people,
Asked the lady in the flower dept., Her name was Bobbi, if they had single red roses, she angrily said if we have any, there over here. I got to where she was and she holds up 2 different bouquets and said thats all we have, turns and throws them back in the bucket and walks away. Busy or not, that woman was rude! This is literally the first time Ive ever stepped foot in this Krogers, it will be the last!
Lots of stuff but very confusing. The layout was waaaay unorganized. The dairy was next to the automotive department 、 the bread was in the middle of the store but the bakery was in the back left-nowhere near bread. I made plans to leave with no bread、 until I finally saw it up by the registers. Separated from the bakery by like 6 rows of drink products... couldnt just shimmy those drinks one aisle over to make room?
2:30 in the afternoon on New Years Eve and theyre stocking aisles. Its incredibly busy and theyre once again understaffed. Only One employee in the meat Dept that has no grasp of customer service, and they dont carry corned beef. I get better service and selection at the smaller stores. Way to mess up what was once a great store. Also, find A floor layout and stick with it. It changes so often I can never find what I need. Also, the parking lot sucks. End rant.
Please start enforcing your masks required policy if you want us to keep shopping here.
Selection is good, stores clean. However I have hard time shopping when stores are crowded and prefer to go late night and this store sucks for that because its self checkout after certain time so not good if you need more than a few things
Was really disappointed that the grilled and blackened salmon is no longer available at the deli. That was my weekend meal. Would really appreciate it if you would let the chef bring it back.
Was (is?) my go to grocery store. This is where I ALWAYS went for ALL my groceries 2014-2016 for many reasons. Their selection variety and quantity WAS excellent until their recent revamp. The quality of the Kroger store brand on many items is better than some expensive brand names at amazingly low prices. They have great deals frequently on most items, esp if you have a Kroger card. In fact, if you shop at Kroger, I strongly recommend you get a Kroger membership card. Its free, earns points toward fuel purchases, and they send you great coupons for the stuff you buy most often. I have been disappointed in my store in recent months as theyve made changes, but Im not running elsewhere while trying to learn where theyve moved items I used to know exactly where they were. I DO go to Aldi for certain items I know Kroger does not stock or are available for lower prices, and I make sure I tell Kroger about it each time I complete an online survey (which also earns me more fuel points). In general, I know Im getting quality groceries at this particular Kroger Marketplace, plus plenty of other household items if its late or I dont feel like driving across town to Walmart, Home Depot or a dollar store.
Yes, its a Kroger... But, its a great one. Fresh produce of all kinds, great organic/health section and a huge assortment of other delicious items from artisianal breads to craft beer and wine.
The starbucks inside this store is the worst one in beavercreek. Every time i find myself here the baristas are rude, inconsiderate and slow. i went there this morning and there was three people ahead of me and three baristas and i stood there for 10 minutes waiting on them how to enter cold brew on the register. ridiculous. will not be coming back here.
Is a very Big store. Has clothing, toys, decor and food + . People that work there are nice.
Place is nice and clean, but a bit on a pricey side. They have added a lot of new things so the supermarket looks pretty modern now.
It is a great place with a variety of options. The main thing is a general grocery store that includes a bakery, a place to get fresh lunch meat, and healthy food items that can fill the needs of people who have food deficiencies
Its always a pleasure to shop at this Kroger store. And all the employees are very nice
Staff was very helpful today in helping to locate grocery items. Bev at the check out register is the BEST!.
The marketplace upgrade for this Kroger has turned it into a one stop shop for just about everything. Sushi, specialty cheeses, and lets not forget the awesome beer selection that Jill maintains. This grocery store has become a regular part of our family schedule.
Easy in, easy out. Great meat selection and bakery too
Great place for groceries. Great selection of food. Produce is great quality. Great customer service and well stocked.
UPDATE: I went to this Kroger for the first time in 2-3 weeks. It is still a mess. The best I can tell, they did all this to move the wine closer to the deli. Its screwed up. They used to have a health food section. They blew that up and its strewn all over the store. I used to love going into that store. Im done. I cant fathom leaving a store in absolute disarray for this long for what amounts to moving and expanding the wine section. Totally dissatisfied and dissappointed. They have this store torn to pieces. They are moving everything around. Its a complete mess.
I love the marketplace. One stop shopping.
This is an okay Krogers I took good care of me I appreciate their patients and their Speedy service
Store was nice other customers were not conscience of personal space
Best Whole Gallon Milk price in the entire greater Dayton area. Only $1.09 on 07 August 2017. High quality store brand with great prices as well.
I love it, we would love to have a Super Store in Huber Heights Ohio. 😊
First off, I just wanna say thank you! I live closer to the Sugarcreek Kroger, but have had really bad experiences with the click list my past few visits so I decided to switch over and make the drive to Beavercreek. I’d like to commend you on the friendliness of your staff and your organization! There was zero wait time, zero substitutions, and a big smile from the person who loaded up my truck! What more could you ask for? I will surely be visiting your store for all of my click list needs in the future! Great job !!!
Great place to shop
Its a nice location. Busy but clean with helpful staff.
Always find what Im looking for and the prices are really good.
