We were there this past Tuesday approximately 1:15 in the afternoon looking for a specific Bengals hat. The salesperson in there had no desire to wait on us any customer you stood behind the register and when we asked him about a specific hat oh, he was just unfriendly unwilling to help! He was the poorest excuse and the most unprofessional salesperson I think I have ever run across!! I would never go back to the Fairfield Commons store and I will advise my friends and people that I run into the same

Found the team I was looking for. I bought 2 hats for a reasonable price as well. The gentlemen that waited on us was very nice and pleasant. He was engaged in the conversation with my husband. Great place to shop.

Staff is always helpful. I stop here everytime I come to the mall. My son is 10 months old, I wish there were more my first hats. I found a reds hat. There were several MLB hats but no NFL. At the time it was close to the end of baseball and the start of football.

Guy workin was great didnt catch his name but was skinny dude very pleasant and helpful didnt try to upsell me just need a bigger selection to get a 5 star

Signs over entire store buy one get one half off. No exclusions listed. Go to pay Ohh that hat isnt part of the promotion. I said where does it say that. There is no sign on that rack she says. Although 6 inches over on racks on both sides are signs. POOR SERVICE. Loss of 70.00 of my BUSINESS

They sell hats

District Manager is Teddy. He runs Kenwood Mall and Eastgate Mall in Cincy along with Dayton. The draft day hats were to come out on April 12th. I was told by Dayton employee they have boxes not open but I have to wait til the release date. It is past the 12th of April. Unlike in Cincinati, this store has a few Dallas, Detroit, and Bengals draft day hats. Shows 2 of the 3 are not NFL markets nearby ie Indy Pittsburg nor Cleveland. Limited supply and items. Lids has poor managemeny period

Could work on speciality hats. Label men and womens section.
