This company has let themselves into my garage 2 times now and filled the WRONG ADDRESS!! They keep mistaking me with my neighbors house and then knock on my door for payment! Then when they realize they filled the wrong house they want to try to offer me a discount for their mistake! Then when I refuse they claim they will have to come back to pump it back out! They had trespassed onto my property and let themselves into my garage! Horrible company and was told to get off my property and then I keep getting bills from them to pay them hundreds of dollars when I never requested their services! This company needs shut down!!!!!

I stopped in to get gas @ Marathon in Camden Ohio and didn’t. Don’t have debit card so I was having to pay cash. I noticed through the window that they don’t have plexiglass up @ cash register. Camden Market and BP does from what I have been told. I don’t go in. A good friend does my shopping. He told me they do. Do u not want to protect your employees or customers? Get with the program people!!!

Every year I have to fight them to get my W-2 I guess working there that was the least of my problems

We have used Duncan OIl for just about a year to deliver fuel to 2 of our shops. We used to use a competitor before who let us run out all the time. Duncan has been very reliable, cost competitive, and overall a great vendor for our company. There have been a few hiccups and they have resolved them completely to our satisfaction. I have been a loyal customer with Duncan Oil for more than 2 years and I had the most unfortunate incident with them recently and it exposes some concerns in ethical business practices in my personal estimation. In September 2018 I purchased a tank fill-up and pre-purchased 600 gallons for the coming winter. I made the decision to pre-purchase based on anticipating receiving the off-season price discount and a military discount that I had received in the past. All was well, I received my discounts and saw them on the delivery receipt the day of the fill-up, I later received the contract for the pre-buy but the price per gallon was $0.29 different then what was on my fill receipt. I questioned it and was told that the pre-buy price includes all applicable discounts and was billed for both the fill-up and the pre-buy at the same time a few days later. In January 2019 I called in a fill-up out of my 600 gallons pre-purchased. It was done the next day to the tune of 535 gallons, so I was thrilled that I still had 65 gallons remaining to use by April! Low and behold I received what I thought was a statement in the mail but in ink, hand written was the words “Went over a prebuy, $361.08 is owed on this bill. Thanks!” I was very confused! I should have gallons left over so I called. Spoke to the company, they said that they used my Pre-Buy when I did the fill in September to do the Fill and there was only 310 gallons left! First, I obviously did not pre-buy for winter to be used in the fall, that was wrong and they never told me that this was going to be done. I paid $1,209.90 in September for a fill and Pre-buy at what I thought was $1.0599 per gallon, so second how do I owe $361.08 at that rate? Well, the contract says $1.889 per gallon and the terms says “price includes all applicable discounts”, but the ticket left on the door the day it was filled says $1.889, the bill sent to me says $1.889 but I bought it under $1.599 so the discounts were never applied as far as I can see. I called to discuss with them and they agreed that they made a mistake and stated that on a voicemail, I asked what they were going to do to fix the mistake and the answer? “There is nothing we can do at this point.” I explained in no uncertain terms that I cannot comfortably do business with them anymore and I was told “I understand, have a great day!” I cannot and will no longer be able to use, recommend or support a business that refuses to own up to their mistakes. Until I received compensation for this “mistake” I have no choice but to elevate to the courts, under the terms of the Uniformed Commercial Code, failing to meeting contractual obligations at what I feel is at a minimum misleading business practices or at worst in my opinion fraud.

This is absolutely the worst company to deal with. They have zero care for their customers. We call set up a payment plan and set up delivery day. What happens they dont deliver the fuel and hey yeah we will take your money and then tell us we have to wait another week. Knowing we are just about out of fuel. Its absolutely ridiculous. You call and get the run around as if nobody has a clue how to do their job. I would never recommend this company to anyone
