Ward came to my home prepared with great samples. He listened to our needs and had great suggestions for our budget. His knack for interior design came in handy too with his practical advice on deciding whether or not to install barn doors. Ward wasn’t pushy about the timeline on making a decision on our bathroom flooring. The one we settled on is very nice and looks great with the carpet.The installation teams were professional and did good work!

We Purchased waterproof laminate flooring at 3.49 per square foot which was the higher end price for the floor. When it was installed I noticed lines across the boards and several boards had deeper lines in them. This did not show on the sample I chose. When I called to complain to Ward he told me they were to suppose to look like barn wood. Needless to say, I’m not happy with the product. The installers Mike and his partner were great.

Working with Ward was a wonderful experience. We were faced with a sudden and unexpected out of state move, and Ward was able to coordinate everything with us and for us in a very quick time-frame. We were extremely happy with the carpet, the installers, and the service. I would recommend Ward to anyone and everyone!

Rhonda and I had to replace some very old carpet in our family room and on the staircase in our home in Xenia. We highly recommend seeing Tammy at Buddy’s Carpet in Beavercreek. She was a top notch sales person. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We are so impressed and pleased with the father and son installers, Rick and Tim, with over 20 years experience. They removed the old carpet and they didn’t leave even a speck of the old installation. The subfloor was clean as a whistle before laying the new pad and carpet.They were perfectionists. The best of carpet can be very disappointing if installed by rookies.

What can I say the floors are fantastic. Completely transformed my house. I refloored my whole house practically and it looks and feels amazing. They are really willing to work with you to make sure you are happy. They told us it would be all done in a week and it was. When the installation was not done on Friday they came it on Saturday to finish it. So happy so impressed. Ask for Tammy she is great!

First let me say this I am a senior citizen, with a sick husband that I take care of. My time is very important. Im also working with a bad hip. I had to pack up the house for the installation, fine I did that as best I could. The installers came because my husband was still on dialysis, and some objects was still in some rooms, after I informed them the landlord will be right here to help. They told me they had to call the office, they stepped out of the house mind you they were in my home no more than twenty minutes. Then they were gone. The landlord came and asked what time are they supposed to be here I told him they came and left. He went to the store mind you he had to wait for them to open. Installation had to be rescheduled for two more weeks out with different installers. Who I must say were extremely professional and helped in every way they could. But I had to be in my home with all my rooms packed up. It had been an extended period of inconvenience for me and my husband. Needless to say the second set of installers were very professional. We are happy with our new carpet....but we were very stressed having our home upside down for an extended period of time. Buddys Carpet needs to atleast inform customer how to prepare for the installation of carpet beforehand.

I am highly impressed with Buddy’s Flooring America. Ward, the salesman did an exceptional job. His expertise is outstanding and he was patient while answering all of my questions. The installers were friendly and experienced and the installation went perfectly. Buddy’s employees are professional, knowledgeable and personable and I will definitely work with them again.

I am thrilled with the work Buddy did for us. He got right back with me, gave me a quote, came the same day, was on time and did a great job. I couldn’t be happier!

Prices were much higher than expected. Left feeling disappointed.

We were looking for a flooring supplier and was considering Buddys and Carpetland One as our choice, that is until we met one of their warehouse employees, JIMMY SMITH from Carlisle, OH. After meeting with him personally (not about flooring, but just finding out that he worked for Buddys and Carpetland One, we decided to choose another flooring supplier and installer. If a company has an individual working for them as dishonest, foul-mouthed and deceitful as Jimmy Smith is, then we were going to take our 6-figure business elsewhere! We are under the impression that your employees represent your company whether they are at work or off-duty (especially when the employee is vocal on where they work)! I hope you would find better quality individuals to work for you than this guy! Your employees do represent the character of your business and they do affect your bottom-line whether they are at work or not!

Ward Malone is the best flooring expert in the Miami Valley if not the Midwest. He treated us like family.
