I LOVE this store! My mother passed away in April, and Mia came to the funeral! I saw her walking up the steps at the Schleintz and Moore (BEST funeral home in Ohio) and I thought “Do I know anyone that beautiful?” Then I realized that she was one of the staff of the Brighton Store at the Greene. And the entire staff sent me a condolence card. This is just ONE of many reasons why I love this store so much. The staff is top notch and always takes care of their customers. They sent me a text last week because a purse I was looking at went from 30 to 50 percent off. WHO DOES that? Brighton at the Greene.And now I will talk about the products. I have become addicted to BRIGHTON. Their designs are beautiful. I bought the black purse printed with painted flowers and butterflies for my mother, who was an artist. She absolutely LOVED it! She used it from the time I gave it to her until she passed. She would usually switch bags, it was funny because she would always be moving things from one bag to another just as we were leaving the house (she lived with us), but once she got the beautiful black flowered purse, she never switched again. I now use it with loving memories of my mother and Brighton. And I purchased the sale bag, which was in the same pattern because the pattern is so beautiful and reminds me of my mother’s beautiful flower paintings. Their products are so well made and so beautiful and they never seem to wear out. I don’t go and buy a new one because the old one wore out....I buy a new one because they have designed one so beautiful I cannot pass it up. They stand behind their products as well. The times I have had something small go wrong, my ladies at the Brighton store always make it right, no questions asked. Also, I should mention, Brighton uses Swarovski crystals in their jewelry. They are beautiful, and they stay that way. They never cloud up or go dull. The company is obviously committed to quality, which makes spending a little more for my things well worth the money.
