I got told about a great deal but when I come back theres a different chick and every time I deal with this lady shes always trying to rip us off. Im done with this lady Ill only go when someone is there who knows what theyre doing.
I love t-mobile and its service but yesterday i went in to buy a phone that I had selected beforehand and I told the gentlemen that I wanted to buy that phone he went to the back of the store and came back with the phone he scanned the phone and didnt work he typed in the numbers for the phone and didnt work so he went to the back came back to the front empty handed saying that Im going to have to wait because the vault wont open until 10 minutes so we waited he to the back and this time took him longer to come back when he came back empty handed again he told us the reason the first phone wasnt working and all the other phone were already soldAnyways I was there to buy a j7 star i came into the store at 4.00 pm and left from there at 4.54 empty handed they could have told me hey sir the phones we have are already sold would you like order one and wait until it comes in. What could if taken me 5-20 min to buy a phone or 5 min to explain to me why they didnt have it is all Im saying it a waist of my time and your employee
The girl that helped me was wonderful. I bought a new phone and screen saver, which I asked to have put on. The girl admitted she was new and had already messed 1 up so she asked acting manager Justin to do it. Justin who was more interested in being on his phone than helping me, put it on and I was told that any small bubbles would eventually go down. Turns out that he had put the screen saver on backwards. Apparently because them putting on the screen saver is a courtesy, they dont have to do a good job and because I took the phone out to my car I could no longer get a refund only a credit to my account. I have been with T mobile for over 10 years and have never had a customer experience like this. I was so excited to not have to drive to San Antonio anymore just to find a T mobile store, but after my experience here at this local store, I will gladly drive the hour to San Antonio where customer service and my continued loyalty to T mobile actually means something.

I went to tmobile in Beeville Tx yesterday 2/8/19.The young lady that waited on me had to be the best customer service I ever seen.Not only could she explain plan in detail but knew everthing about the phone.Made sur the.phone was ready and all my info was tranfered over.polite as could be,loves her job.I just to recognize her cause this is management material. The reps are friendly, have always help and cleared up my concerns, What I can say that I had the experience with is, that while Im in store speaking with rep, the down fall is when they answer the phone, im placed on hold, my needs wait till needs of caller are satisfied, I would rather they tell the caller, please wait, have customer right now. Other than this its ok, im still a customer.😊
