From the initial phone call through the not so long wait considering where we live, I had a very wonderful experience. I appreciated the courtesy and flexibility, as I missed the first appointment, the gentleman squeezed my windshield back into his day. When it was chipped by a truck 2 days later, there he was to fix it immediately, politely, and complimentary. All the other glass companies were far more expensive, and with an even longer wait. Locally family owned, what more could you ask for?
