We had a problem with our garage door that was installed less than a year ago, after our last thunderstorm two weeks ago. We have been unable to get a service technician to come out and fix it.

Absolutely disgusted. My husband made an appointment to have our garage door looked at, and took a day off work. They did not show up and did not call. Terrible business! We called, and they said they would look into it and call us back. Absolutely preposterous!

No call and no show 2 different days, so I cant review the quality of their work. However, if they dont show up when they say they will then I consider them unreliable.

Outstanding customer service! My garage door broke at 7:00pm on a friday night and Matt the owner drove over 2 hours to come and fix my garage door for free. You couldnt pay another company to do that for you.

Great help and didnt even charge me for wat he did.
