I love having a convenient hardware store that always has helpful employees, every time you visit. This past weekend we rented a large roto-tiller from their amazing Rental Center and could not have been more pleased with the experience. A complete, detailed instruction on how to use the equipment and met me outside as soon as I returned. Great place to go for whatever your project needs!

Most Ace locations are great, especially when it comes to customer service. Ive never had an issue finding help in Belgrade. Its a convenient location for me, and they almost always have what I need. The Ace rewards are nice, too.

Updating my review but it wont let me add more than 5 stars that I already had. This is the place to go if you need hardware. A gentleman helped me find the perfect bolts and nuts I needed for my project. He was knowledgeable and saved me a ton of time vs trial and error and searching around. Thanks for the great service! Good selection or sprinkler parts and kreg tools, both of which we use frequently! The store is always clean and organized. I have asked for help in here a couple times and been told its down that isle. Could be more customer service oriented but they get the job done.

Ace is my go to before any box stores. They have the most friendly staff and they are always willing to help you find anything. All while doing it with a smile!

They always have just what you need, a great quick way the grab and go.They are more expensive than Home Depot or Lowes, but they make up for it in the customer service.

I needed some bolts similar to one I brought with me. Ace had two isles of various sizes and types. Nathan was very helpful in finding a match. The price was reasonable and the bolts worked perfectly.

I went to the green house and bought two hanging pots. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I came home with beautiful flowers, and the price was great, too. I plan to return for more.

They were waaaay cheaper thann there Bozeman store.... by like 200$ dollars!

The employees at Belgrade Ace Hardware are the nicest most helpful employees of any store I have ever been to! They are willing to help you out in any way they can and I appreciate it so much! Just today I bought a kiddie pool and one of the employees was kind enough to help me fit it into my small car in the middle of 80 degree heat and a pandemic no less. I will always choose this Ace for all my future shopping!

I love the fact that Ace Hardware in Belgrade was the only store out of four corners Belgrade and Bozeman to still have Christmas lights Christmas decorations and everything else that has to do with Christmas. I went to the Bozeman Ace Hardware and they were nice enough to call ahead in the Belgrade and reserve a Christmas tree stand and a bunch of Christmas tree lights for me their customer service in both locations was on point

Absolutely the best customer service. A gentleman (whose name unfortunately I didnt catch) was so helpful in finding the right hardware I needed to hang my coatrack, and was friendly in doing so! Even though I live closer to Home Depot its the people like him that make me drive to Ace!

I have had good experiences with Belgrade Ace hardware before and I really hope that next time I go there it is good again.

They do not enforce the mask policy. I stood in line with three people who did not have masks on. Wont go back until they do

Truly one of the most helpful hardware stores. It almost gets a little annoying how many times you get asked if you need help. Im thankful to have this resource in the small town of Belgrade. They have a great selection and their prices are reasonable. Definitely become a rewards member. The coupons are excellent! They also have equipment that you can rent which is useful. They have a random assortment of household and garden items which make it more than just a hardware store. I actually go there sometimes on my lunch break just to get a little bit of a shopping fix in.

Belgrade Ace Hardware is great place to go to get stuff for repairs the staff is always there to help you find what you need and explain the process of fixing your protect and offer the tip for making your job easier for you and your pocketbook

Overall Ace is probably the most convenient/right size for all your homeowner needs and wants. Friendly helpful staff definitely make this place my first choice in hardware stores. Why not 5 stars well in my opinion a good hardware store needs a good selection of lumber and here is Aces only downfall,they have some just not enough to really do much with and what they do carry is pretty warped and twisted,not good for much. However I dont want this to detract from the fact that I love this store and make regular visits here for this that and the other!

Dont say it on a plane but Ill come in slow to this shell on a runway Im a Lane in my own wont ever today or any other call it lame your Ace and a hole y do you ask answer that and the past couple be sands an a glass Mr your fast got a Lane for that lass

Can usually find what you need with a little searching, but if not you will be asked by a minimum of 7 employees if you need help.Top notch customer service, electronics are overpriced.Edit: 3/17/19- i dont like removing a star from a place that frequently does better, but when it comes to their price match guarantee, dont waste your time. I am yet to successfully accomplish this even though the manager made me join this program.

Im sorry but I confused your location with another in the area... Im not sure Ive been to your Ace hardware there in Belgrade yet.....but Ill make it a point to and give a more accurate and fair review soon but until then its only fair to assume the best so its 5 stars it is.

Used equipment rental. I called ahead, but still had a bit of wait while they did something unrelated on the computer.They reassured me at pickup that my daughter would be able to get my deposit back at return being I would be unavailable (I live out of town.) The rental was for her, I just paid for it. When she returned the equipment they denied returning my deposit even though she had the receipt.I also purchased excess material/accessories with the promise they would refund any unused items. Again, ate those expenses because they reneged on their verbal promise and assurance.Very disappointed.

So much faster and more convenient than going to the big box hardware stores. And the staff is friendlier to.

Showed up at 7:02 and the doors were locked and no one answered the phone!! Pretty poor customer service!! The parking lot was no where near empty!!

Good if you are retired with a lot of extra cash. If you have things to do this might not be the place you want to go because youre gonna need a lot of extra time when shopping here. I never seen check out lines move so slow and its not just from one experience but it seems that every time I go in there it takes for ever to get out. On top of that prices are nearly twice as much as most other places.

I have had great experience every time I go to the Belgrade True Value. They greet me with a smile, always have what I need, and everyone is knowledgeable. This store beats the big box chain home improvement stores every time. I go there about every weekend working on my projects.

The friendliest, most knowledgeable staff Ive encountered at a hardware store (in the Bozeman/Belgrade area, at least). A very wide selection of items, competitively priced compared to anywhere else - including the Big Boxes. Highly recommended for everything from specialty bolts to pest control, from fire pits to sandpaper, and from lawn mowers to hand tools.

Always helpful, staff is quick at asking if I need assistance. Plus my dog loves coming for the treats!!!

Ace hardware stores have upped their service and sales in rural areas by improving. This is a great store in Belgrade you can find what you need and not have to visit a giant box store.

Steep prices for hardware, but that is the price you pay for convenience. At least the staff are nice.
