Worked on our Buick Encore when the turbo went out and although it took a long time for warranty and waiting on parts, these people are so nice and caring. We were given a loaner for more than a couple days. Very good place to so business.

Made a trip to Belle Fourche, SD from Payson, AZ pulling a trailer with our 2016 Chevy 2500 HD Duramax pickup. Got up to Belle Fourche and the second day there we started our pickup and drove a little ways and the check engine light came on.Called Hersruds Chevrolet and spoke with the Service Manager. Described what it was and he said they were busy but to bring it right over and they would put the scanner on it and check the code. Got there and dollied down our trailer and checked in at the service department. They got our pickup right in and checked the code.We went in and were talking with the salesman and he went out to check and see what they found out. They said it was the DEF Heater and he came in and told us that and that the service manager would be right in to discuss it with us.Service manager came in and said it was the DEF Heater and they had the part on hand and would fix it right away and it would only be an hour to an hour and a half. They gave us a loaner car so we could go for breakfast and asked if we needed or wanted anything else!Now that is small town mid west service! They got it done in a little over an hour and all the employees were so very friendly and helpful. From the service desk, service manager, salesman, to the mechanic all were so very helpful and polite!You all helped us out and made our trip enjoyable and stress free as we were worried we would have to stay a few more days so that you could get parts and get our pickup fixed but you did everything in just over an hour.Thank you again and God bless you all.

Dont go here past years past this desler ship doest keep word, shop person drove my new dually on lift broke fender. They talked me into bonding it trade next me make real good deal. WELL THEY LIED I WOULD GO TO FORD OR OTHER CHEVROLET DEALER. THESE GUYS ARE LIERS N CROOKS
