Great customer service

It’s not shopper friendly for a beauty supply store and the wig/hair department lacks in variety of colors. Nothing for elderly women in general who prefer grey or mixed grey products. They store does have a lot of non-beauty products there and the prices are reasonable.

I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AND NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY MEMBERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THEY DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH BUT, COME TO OUR NEIGHBORHOODS AND ROB OUR FOLKS BLIND. I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA....DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONIES AT THIS PLACE. BY THE WAY ITS FILTHY AND NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE THAT THEY DONT DESERVE TO GET A STAR!!!!!!!!!
