I havent had a need to go to them for many years until recently. I went in for a quote for some rust, door, and panel work. Less than an hour later the door and panel work was done. Work done on these at that time was unexpected and very much appreciated! I was given multiple options to deal with the rust. I dealt with 3 personnel. All 3 were polite and easy to chat with. The 2 personnel that were doing the work explained what they were going to do, why and what they were doing when doing the work. This information wasnt asked for, but was provided automatically. This is the same type of experience I had on multiple occasions many years ago. In the past I had recommended them to multiple people. All of them had a good experience. I will continue to still use and recommend R & R Body & Paint......Patrick Brown

They were not very professional when it came to customer service, they went as far as to say sorry not our problem that we ended up behind sir. sorry that we inconvenienced you; while I had to drive my girlfriend to work for 3 days because of the delay plus they did not even try to contact me ahead of time about this issue as if it didnt matter at all. there was no true appointment timing like what was talked about when we arrived to figure out a drop off date. Also to temper the anger that I was already experiencing, when I arrived to get the car there was a spot that was still scratched up real bad *picture for reference*. I will never use their services again. I also warn anyone that would to go to them to instead go to a proper professional!

They did an awesome job at fixing the repair. They also cleaned my car inside and out. Very friendly atmosphere.

Dont like.to have to come here very often, but when I do because of needed body work on a car, this is the place to go. Friendly staff and they do great work. When the job is finished, the inside and out of the car is always detailed as well. Top notch!!

We took our car there and took 2 weeks longer then they told us... not a problem, but when we picked up our car we were missing a floor mat which deff was in the car when we left it (who steals a car floor mat) which they kept trying to tell us there was only 1. 2 our doors were not completely finished bc they didnt order everything. Our tint now has to be replaced bc both of the windows on the side they were working on has been damaged. There was a dent in the side door panel trim that was not there when we left our car with them .... not a big deal bc we are replacing that trim piece anyways. not pleased with the job overall

I am very impressed with the team of people that work here. Not only did they go above and beyond for me but I also witnessed them really doing extra for their clients that were coming in that day!

Hands down the best place to get auto body work done. They communicated with us to let us know how the repairs were coming after they notified us of what needed to be done. We came to pick up the car and it was cleaned and my headlights have never looked better.

I am very satisfied with the work these guys did for me after a deer damaged my bumper and a few other parts. My car looked so great that I couldnt stop telling people how happy I was about it! It was done when they said it would be and they worked with me on scheduling the repairs. They even went above and beyond by vacuuming and cleaning the interior, I felt like I had a new car! I will definitely go to R&R for any future repairs and will recommend them to anyone who asks.
