Nice place to shop, love their Lazyboy chairs

Was greeted by Alex. Had a piece of fabric from a chair I own to match with a sofa. He recommended 3 different options and informed me of the long wait of furniture if needed to be ordered. I liked 2 of the 3 but decided to go a different route and found one that needed to be ordered. He was very helpful and will look forward to going back for futher furniture needs.

Ordered a king size platform bed that is only made as you order, definitely high quality as we expected. Sales staff and team was awesome and very helpful, making sure we knew all our options. Delivery was 2 weeks earlier than we were expecting and the delivery crew was awesome. They were very respectful of our house and the assembly of our bed. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. They have gained a customer for sure for our future purchases. Thank you very much!

We just purchased a beautiful leather sofa from Francis Furniture. Alex and the team in Bellefontaine were great to work with. We are thrilled with our new sofa and are looking forward to working with them in the future for additional items for our coffee shop.

We bought a Lazy-Boy recliner from Francis Furniture around the holidays. The salesman did an excellent job of showing us all the options we could choose from and explaining the difference in all the chairs. We had an excellent experience. Went to this store looking for a bed and left with a new mattress and a new sectional for my man cave! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They didnt try to shove product in my face. I felt like they truly wanted to help me find what I was looking for and not what they were trying to get off of their floor. Went to Francis for some furniture for my new apartment. Staff gave me great options for both higher quality and more economical pieces. They were very upfront on pricing and didnt try to haggle with me which I very much appreciated nor was I pressured to buy. I was in and out in under an hour. Great family, small town business!

We had an amazing experience at Francis furniture. After having a terrible experience at another store, Amy was able to help us find the perfect sofa combo for us! Everything at Francis furniture is customizable. We were even able to find a recliner that my husband loved of a different brand, and match it to the sofa and loveseat that we liked! Everyone in the store was extremely helpful, but they didn’t hover overtop of you while you looked around! I can not say enough good things about our experience at Francis Funiture!

I bought my mattress - box spirngs and sectional over a year a go. And I absolutely love my mattress, I sleep like a baby every night and never wake sore or stiff. I just went there today and bought my daughter a mattress with box springs. My daughter is very excited to get it home. The employees at francis furniture are nice and very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
