We did a pickup order and they doubled our order for some reason, the bad part is they charged us twice for it too. We called the store and they said we would need to bring the items back into the store to customer service. If I wanted to go into the store I wouldve shopped for my own things. I thought we would save time by doing this, but in reality it took even longer. The other really weird thing about this is that it was all produce and they put it right back on the shelf as they were scanning it to refund our money. Is this even legal to put raw food back onto the shelf after it left?

Saw a woman named Kelly being very rude to one of her associates, I’m pretty sure she is a manager also, if I’m also correct the associate was doing a very good job working register, Kelly seemed stress but that is no excuse to slander a person half her age. Unacceptable.

Worst floweral department i have seen . I asked to order some bloons for my daughters birthday well the employe was more worried about talking to other coworkers then helping a paying customer. When I asked for bloons and she found out I wanted them pumped up she flatout told me no cause of the cold whether she said it was waste of time cause they would just pop. I asked again and she told me no . I went to a local shop down town and got the bloons walked threw the cold down main street and not a single one popped. Will never deal with the floral department again complete waste of time and very rude employees

Reasonable prices easy in and out shopping for quick stops

Expect this to be a common sight if you want to try new beers: them putting ones not in the system away and telling you that you cant buy them. This happens almost every time I try to have something new, so I usually pick two. This time, I was told I could purchase neither.This has happened to me at least a dozen times. Ive tried talking to managers, but they are not interested in fixing the issue.Buy your groceries here, sure, but get your beer somewhere else or youll be disappointed and annoyed.

Since our Krogers in Kenton closed we now go to the Bellefontaine Krogers. Its a little bit of a drive but at least I know I am getting fresh meat and produce at great prices.

This review is for their order pick up service. I have used this service for years at Marysville, hardly ever was there an issue with the order or a substitution. However that changed with bellefontaine, heres the list.1. 15 substitutions on my order, some said out of stock, some were items that were nowhere near the same quantity or quality of the original item. I.E. We ordered a 12 pack of ramen and some kimchi bowls. They subbed the 12 pack with a single pack of ramen, and the kimchi bowls were random flavors with out any alert of them being substituted. (Now apply that scenario to all 15 items.)2. Several items were in stock, I physically went inside because they tried to substitute plain ground pork, for ground sweet Italian sausage. And I found several items on the shelves that had either been removed or substituted.3. Several items I removed from the order were still there (have not gone over the receipt yet to see if I was charged)4. While loading they were polite, however a lot of my.produce is either rotting and brown, or started turning brown, some items squished.Overall. Youre better just setting time aside and going in or shopping elsewhere.

Higher priced but better than Walmart when it comes to stocking the store.Some of my produce was rotten in the bag, didnt notice till I got home as I was in a rush.(Whoopse...)I normally only come here for the Liquor store.

Easy access. Good selection, decent prices. Produce & meat are quite good. Only place in Bellefontaine Im aware of that carries lamb. People working there are friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, if you cant find an item you need one of the staff members will help you find it. Easy to talk to. the checkout is easy you just walk right up and unload your items.

I shop here all the time. This time I lost connection about 5-7 times. This is very frustrating as I use my shopping list, the ad & coupons. I love shopping at Kroger. However, if this continues I may stop shopping here. It took longer having to wait to reconnect then hit go shopping. Then I could get into my list, or ad, or coupons.

This location is necessarily and finally getting competitive with pricing. Too bad you dont have military discounts at this location. It would certainly bring in more patrons. Also, an employee named Bill Tinsley is exceptional with customers and a noticeable hard worker.

I waited at the floral counter for several minutes and finally found someone who went to get me help. I then waited almost 10 minutes for no one to show up so i laid the items on their counter and walked out of the store

Rushing thru to beat the crowd and nothing open but self checkout. I swear, if my wife wasnt along Id have left the full shopping cart and went elsewhere to shop.Like everything else, if the equipment or facilities are inadequate, the task at hand is either surmuntable, or not. The self checkout at this Krogers is fine for small numbers of items, however, a full sized cart of groceries is not plausible with no belt to place items, prior to scanning, then no way for two people, scanning and bagging, like we were, without many malfunctions in the system. You must place items in the bag after scanning....someone trying to move groceries out of the cart to be scanned, off the tray after bagging, to leave!Converting full sized lanes is a better option......I still dont like it, but at least avoid pegging my blood pressure for issues with the current system!

The sign over the gift cards says 4X toward gas points but to get 4x the points you have to download the Kroger app. The fine print and I mean fine there is an expiration dateToo bad they cant make it less complicated.

I go to Kroger a lot. All the Kroger employees are very kind and friendly. Today I had $45 worth of Kroger checks three worth $10 and two for $5. The cashier was very patient. Each check had to be processed separately, but he remained patient the entire time.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Had a clicklist order and no one would answer the phone. Had to call the service desk, the associate didn’t seemed concerned, the clocklist associate made an excuse as to why she didn’t answer the phone. I won’t be shopping here again or using their clicklist.

We go there often great service friendly people and short lines to check out,prices are competitive. Its our number one choice of store for groceries!

I shop at kroger because that is where I have always shopped. But the Bellefontaine store always looks like they just had the 5 of clock rush, shelves half empty, and always either have to come back another day because they are out of something or I have to go somewhere. Definitely not what I had come to expect.

Cashier Donna never spoke to me. I said hello how are you. Asked if she wanted me to put the cube of Mountain Dew in the cart to be helpful. No answer. Didnt ask if I found everything ok . didnt say how much I saved with my card or have a good evening after I said that .The bagger heard me and said thanks and have a good evening. No real good service for a dozen items and 4 minutes :(

Well stocked. Pretty good prices. We normally hit here along with ALDI and WalMart. Each has their own reasons for us to go.Kroger has the only kosher/Jewish food section. Im not of that religion, but love the food. Good bakery. Generally better stocked than WalMarts grocery. Prices arent quite as good, overall, but when WalMart has yet another area cleaned out, the best prices ever wont get us what were needing.We like our Krogers.

I prefer to do my grocery shopping at Kroger, and theyve recently added pre-order and pick up, for those who need the service. I enjoy my local Kroger market.

I liked everything at Wendys the food was delicious. The AutoZone had really bad bathrooms. We are getting pizza under a bridge with a fire and a homeless people. I have to pee really bad brb.

Hard to find things. For example choclate chips are not in the baking isle with all the other baking items. Also the self check out kept telling me to remove my unscaned item from the bagging area, when they were scanned. Self checkout also summons help for me when I hit ready to pay and the clerk monitoring the area didnt even get notification that I supposedly needed help.

Looking for a specific beer which I had been wanting to sample. Kroger had it while a different store did not.

They had the size of roast that I wanted.

The store in Bellefontaine Ohio did not have the specials that they were offering as normal I was my last stop there go at your own risk
